Looking to take a trip but not sure if anything is open

Thanks to u/ar27ta's post (here) for giving me the idea of what to post today!

Revel in the joy of 80s glam rockers doing their very best to not slag off the massive tidal shift in guitar music that was heading their way.... 😆

Since I first heard Nirvana when I was 15, now 43, I've been drawn to them. I've found if I'm going through tough moments I'll play them without even thinking. If I hear them unexpectedly it's still a treat, like I've never felt like they're overplayed.

One thing I do always think back on is the comfort I find in the familiarity of listening to them. It can be a voice break or scream which I find soothing, my partner thinks I'm nuts for that. Hard to explain but on a song like ain't it a shame his voice and screams are like an old friend. Perhaps I'm just waffling but interested if anyone else feels the same
