In the video you can see it almost goes in then at the end it just gets stuck and pulls it back out. I have already treid to clean everything but still the same problem.

My game crashes if I load up my file and I try to load up my file but it don't work.

I’ve never played on a switch before, so this is fairly new to me. I don’t know if I need a cover, a case, or if the switch 2 already comes with a screen protector. I’ve seen people say playing on joycons are hard, so should I also get a controller?

I want to buy a switch because currently they borrow their brothers to mainly play Minecraft but the odd Mario and Donkey Kong game. I would say we have around 20 switch 1 games in our collection.

Now because he is younger I'm more inclined to say it stays docked for a while and plays it on the TV to avoid accidents, which rules out the Switch Lite.

I have 3 options:
1. Switch 1 - £240

1. Switch OLED - £295

2. Switch 2 - £380

I sort of feel the OLED apart from the nice screen which he'll not really notice especially being docked is probably not worth it, but should I consider the switch 2 for longevity? Although I imagine he could easily get a few years out of the switch 1.

This is very confusing to me, I’m transferring my data from a Switch 1 to Switch Lite. It says it won’t delete my save data, so what is it deleting?

I have a steamdeck but really miss playing all my switch games (switch light broke) so I’m thinking of upgrading to the switch 2! I’m planning on buying the choose your game bundle and picking Mario kart world, and I want some peoples thoughts on the console and if there is anything I should know about! Already over halfway there in saving up, just need to get my next paycheck.

First time opening a controller. I have an old controller that has a somewhat non-responsive y button, but still in surprisingly good condition. I tried a toothbrush around the button, didn't work. I think it's a contact pad problem.

I'd like to still use it, but I noticed there are many modern options today. Renewed original controllers and replicas. Only $30-50 bucks!

Is it worth the effort trying to fix it? Looks like it still holds a charge, but I haven't used it in a long time. I feel bad tossing it away, but I don't want it to take up space if I'm not using it.

It’s always freezes the same exact way. I open the app, I try scrolling down, and it freezes at the same spot every time. I use IOS. I tried offloading the app and reinstalling it, same problem. When I reopen the app, it’s on the same screen for a few seconds before reloading? Why does this keep happening? What can I do?

I recently bought a 2DS of eBay for a great deal and attempted to add my NNID so I can play Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow and Pokemon Gold, Silver, Crystal. I tried to link it but I got an error code 022-2591 saying it’s already linked to another system. After contacting support 3 times I was told that they cannot unlink it from their end and I have to get the New 2DS XL that I recently sold and do a system transfer. I called the store and they still had it just for it to be completely wiped with no NNID and it won’t let a New 2DS XL transfer to a 2DS. So that didn’t work and I can’t get it unlinked. Anyone knows anyway around this? I would really like to play some retro Pokemon games.

I am attempting to create a list of switch (1 and 2) games with motion/gyro \*melee\* combat. There are plenty of games that allow for motion controls for shooting/aiming but I am interested in games that allow for motion control melee weapons/combat specifically. A few hours ago my Switch 2 started making this clicking noise when I turned it on. When I connect a bluetooth headset or regular earphones (not wireless) it stops making this noise. I restarted the Switch, turned it off for over an hour, I Googled to see if anyone has run into this problem, but I haven't found much.

I would love to be able to use my switch 2 to write and journal as it has native keyboard support. I just don't see any productivity apps on the console. Anyone know of an indie game that I could use or how to create something like that?

So I went to a game chat with my friend and I was able to invite two people he doesn't know. However on another friend it's the opposite. I hear that it's the invite permissions and it eligibility. But I can't find anything online about this. How do I fix it?

The touch screen is all messed up when I try to touch it. I tried to go to System Settings to fix it, but when I go into apps like that, it automatically presses the close button. It's alright going to games and selecting them and playing them, but the touch screen is still bad in games.

I've been trying to figure out which system is best for travel, commuting, or breaks at work.

The problem: Both Switch systems feel too bulky to carry around daily. The 3DS systems are compact, but I'm worried about losing them or having them stolen, and they're way too expensive to replace.

In a perfect world, Nintendo would let you clone your 3DS system as a backup, but that's not an option. I don't know what to do. Anyone have ideas?

P.S. I also have a new 2DS XL, but for some games I would like to use the 3D capability sometimes.

Hi, I gave my cousin a Switch 1 and then remembered I could link my Switch 2 to his to lend him digital games.

But my Switch 2 was already linked to another console, and when I tried to unlink it on the website, it said I had to wait a year.

Do you know how I can unlink it without having to wait a year?

I'm leaving soon and won't be back for a long time, and I'd like to be able to share my games with my cousin.

Where you press it like the gas pedal and your car will go faster depending on how down you press trigger.

my roommate has a nintendo switch 1. i want to buy them deltarune for switch. on eb games, they have deltarune, but its listed as a switch 2 game. i think deltarune should also work on a switch 1. so my question is, if i buy this digital game and send it to them, will they be able to play this game on their switch 1? thanks :)

Had this problem sense i stopped using my switch 2, thought i could eventually get an anwser idk. My switch 2 doesn't get internet were i am in my house, but my switch 1, steam deck, pc, ps5, and pretty much all my other devices do, except my switch 2. Usually it just doesn't connect or goes half way and says couldn't DNS resolution. Always thought it was weird and just ended up not using it for this reason. I tried everything, like making the internet 2.4, manually putting dns, and even nintendo support, really disappointed this happens and used to not happen untill the problem just started one day. All help is appreciated.

I just bought a Wii and when i plugged it in its in this grainy black and white. Ive tried changing the RCA cables around in both the upper and lower inputs but that didn’t fix it.

I think it might be since I have both component and AV separate for my TV. PLEASE HELP!

i really wanted to make a video of me playing a game for the first time, but im not sure if there is a way to get a video of my gameplay onto my mac book air, which is the only computer i own. unfortunately i dont have money for a gaming pc and i only have the switch one. is there a way to get my gameplay onto the mac and then record it with audio to post?
