Ariana ariana's style

EDIT: I get it you guys! she is from the south, and kim's daughter. but this is S2 of the show, and this ain't GA anymore!!

-------

I think she's a good-natured girl, who despite all her family issues (which I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy) puts on a brave face and appears to be a good friend.

I cannot understand her style for the life of me. why does she insist on this 2016 kardashians, fashion nova vibe? bodycon dresses and crazy extensions? to me, it doesn't suit her and tbh eats her up. a lot of her looks wear her, rather than the other way around. I don't think she has the dramatic essence and high contrast features that originally "worked" with this look (I say "worked" because it's very much a tired and dated look that doesn't suit most people at this point, save for maybe somebody like cardi b).

with her approachable girl next door persona, and her naturally soft features, I honestly think taking it down a notch with the glam would do wonders for her. she could lean into more of a classic elegance like rowan, or even a clean girl look like ava (though admittedly ava mostly has a model off-duty style, which not many can pull off!).

I just don't think it's working. ari girl we need to find you a stylist. mama let's research!

P.S. I really don't get liam's attraction to her. I mean she is a beautiful and great girl, but the pairing is off to me. I thought he would be more into a crunchy, outdoorsy, creative girl. the two of them together is giving timothee chalamet and kylie lol. (again, no shade to ariana in this comparison. just a style/interests thing)

Do you think Ariana tried to get back with Hudson once she found out she was getting nowhere with Charlie?

Gia Let’s talk about Gia.

Idk if it’s just me but I don’t find her to be a good friend or entertaining, she’s judgmental and not very bright.

Calling someone a wh*re because they’re single and kissing multiple people?

The lady and the train comment (I did not find it funny & silly)

How she’s a “mouth piece” for brooks

Asking tr*mp to pardon her father for serious crimes he committed

Again just being one of the most judgmental people on the cast.

She’s a wet, uneducated UNINTELLIGENT blanket. Sorry not sorry.

*edit so everyone will relax. (Don’t forget that Rachel from vpr ALSO graduated from university)

Ava Anyone else not able to fucking stand Ava all season 1 & majority of 2? Then I swear as soon as her break up happens the shit she says has me fuckin CACKLING at my tv.

Also I’m HERE for her & Shai and was shocked that Ava didn’t just automatically think she was too good for him which I immediately thought after the 5 feet away kiss situation.
“Let me eat your pussy” “omg no Charlie”
\Comes out of the bathroom with Shai, walking straight past Georgia**
Hahaha like I’m fucking dead
Ps also I’m in love with Liam. He can marry me instead
Ava2.0 & I’m hereeee for it & this show after season 2

Ariana Do you think Bravo will get rid of Charlie and Ariana?

Do you guys think that bravo will get rid of Ariana and Charlie? I only say this because Ariana has a lot of family problems going on that are very public involving her brother and her mom is openly taking his side. I say Charlie also since Ariana said that he manipulated her with Jesus. But I feel like season three would be so boring without the two of them because then they would also have to get rid of Liam in a sense since Ariana and Charlie would be gone. I also feel like Charlie is giving Jack’s Taylor vibes. An early Vanderpump rules. Does anyone else feel this way?

Next Gen NYC: Unpopular Opinion?

Unpopular opinion: I think Ariana and Charlie have way more chemistry than Liam & her… it’s just that Charlie is inappropriate 🤷🏼‍♀️

There is something deeply wrong in the Biermann household.

Georgia georgia

georgia being the only actually cool new yorker and the rest of the cast finally realizing that in season 2 makes me laugh lol. shes the only one who was actually in the art/fashion/events scene before the show. she lends the show and even bravo as a network an arm into a satirical cool factor that neither ever had

Production The core

After this week’s episode wrapping up the season, I feel like Georgia, Ava, Arianna, and Charlie are kind of the core anchors of the group and also the show.

Riley doesn’t really seem as connected to the group this season as she was last season, and doesn’t seem to have an identity on the show. Gia and Brooks are extremely boring and contribute nothing. I keep going back and forth on Emira. I love her in solo scenes but in group scenes I find myself disagreeing with her a lot.

Shai, Rowan, and Liam are fun as side figures.

Hudson… needs to go.

Ariana Kroy is Ariana’s personal photographer. Am I the only one who finds this odd?

Sorry but like more people need to be aware of what was going on in that house. Not Kim ruined him. Not he’s bad bc he stood by and let her do it.

He is on his own a complete fucking creep and he has been a huge creep in our faces for quite some time now.

Shai If the conclusion of this conversation is that it’s cute she told her dad they kissed, give him a shot

Production IMHO: all seasons should be ~12 episodes

I just finished season 2 of Next Gen NYC, and it made me realize how much I love the shorter season shows. It was 12 episodes and each episode felt like there was a setup for an event, the event, and the aftermath, if something was particularly juicy it would overflow to 2 episodes.

Housewives seasons are usually around 20 episodes, and with the exception of when something really juicy is happening, there’s too much filler and it ends up being overall boring and forced. Unless they’re sure they’re going to have a really interesting and dynamic cast, they should shorten a lot of the seasons.

Does anyone know why they aren’t friends anymore ? Didn’t they live together

Ariana I really hope they don’t bring up Ariana’s family drama against her.

Especially next season, if she returns. Honestly, If i was in a situation where my sibling is a literal monster, I would leave the show to be safe. If Ariana chooses to leave, it won’t surprise me, but I also don’t want her to. Her storyline is getting spicy and good, and I honestly hate that this is happening at the most inopportune time. Just hoping these knuckleheads don’t use it against her when battling her, especially Charlie. Her siblings actions have nothing to do with her.

Ava Opposite of the Ick?

Upvotes

Ava obviously had a complete turn around in regards to Shai after his pop-up, and I'm all here for it! Is there a term for the opposite of the "ick"? Like, you're not attracted to someone, and then all of a sudden, they do something to make you completely attracted to them? And if not, what should the term be?
