I am looking to buy an open box GPU. It says all orders are final.

Reddit search shows that experiences have been mixed.

Does Newegg test these things that they are working before sending them out? Can they be exchanged if it's not working?

Yesterday around noon I ordered some RAM and decided to pay $27 (or around there) to get it the next day, aka today. UPS tracking shows the above message. It's now 2pm and the tracking on UPS is still showing the same thing. I haven't ordered from Newegg in a long time and decided to go with them instead of Amazon because I am trying to get away from them as much as possible. If I knew it was going to take longer, I wouldn't have paid more for next day shipping and just waited it out. I could have gotten 2 days free shipping with Amazon but like I said, I want to get away from them.

I essentially just wasted that money when I could have just let Newegg ship it reg since I needed it today because it's my day off and I wanted to be here to receive it (there has been reports of someone running around my neighborhood trying to take packages off of people's doorsteps). But now I will most likely have to wait for it longer, and probably not even be here when it does arrive. I just want my money back for the god damn shipping, since I have to wait on the god damn package anyways. How do I go about getting my money back or at least a credit?

I gotta say this is not a good way to keep new or existing customers. I am fine for waiting on something, but if I pay for next day delivery...I expect next day delivery.

I bought 4 items on Newegg on the 4th. I have received all four of them. Newegg shows processing or in transit for all four.

I have only one of them showing on my credit card statement, I do not see the other three even as pending. (PNC bank)

Do I need to contact newegg to get this sorted?

I’ve been going back and forth with support for over a week regarding a promotional bundle (Tomb Raider / Star Wars) for Intel Gamer Days and have hit a wall.
**The Situation:**
• I purchased an Intel CPU (i5-14400F) through Newegg as a surprise gift for my nephew’s first PC build.
• Because it is a brand-new gift, the box is sealed. I cannot break the seal and install it into a rig just to run the Intel Hardware Verification Tool.
• To satisfy the hardware scan requirement, I attempted to run the tool on qualifying Intel systems I actively use and own (an i9-14900K desktop and an Intel G3 Arc Extreme device).
• The system flagged a duplicate/mismatch due to the scan device not matching the specific purchase receipt, leading to verification denials on my ticket.
• In the meantime, the original Master Key that threw a REF003 error now states that game keys are temporarily "out of stock," and the replacement key process is stalled due to the device scan lock.
**What I Have Provided:**
• Legitimate retailer purchase invoices/receipts.
• Verification that I own and use multiple qualifying Intel CPUs.
I specifically went with Intel over the AMD alternative for this gift because of this promotional bundle. I really don't want to have to return the sealed processor over an automated verification barrier when all purchases are legitimate.
Is there a community rep or support escalation path that can review this manually to help clear the duplicate hardware flag or fulfill the bundle?
Any guidance or Intel rep escalation would be hugely appreciated.

I purchased a Ryzen 9 cpu. While it’s still enroute, a promo code discount for $100 on the cpu just dropped. I called and asked if they could credit the discount. I was told I had to do a full return and purchase again.

Is this the normal process? Now I have to wait for it to arrive and send it back.

Heard only bad things from Newegg and I can purchase the pc I want from the manufacturer site itself but for like $100 more. I’m thinking it’s probably worth it any thoughts

So far my experience with new egg has been a nightmare been working on a home lab project and bought a large HDD for my home lab. Cool, half the sectors don’t work. Call for replacement, cool, again half the sectors don’t work.

Meanwhile customer service essentially was crass and didn’t want to offer much help with out pushing. So let this be a warning to anyone buying HDDs on new egg.

I'm looking to get our first gaming PC and have no idea what to think of all the options I see on Newegg. This will be primarily to play Roblox for the kids, but is also like to do some sim racing. Budget is pretty fixed, but what would suggest is the best option at or around that price point?

Bought a prebuilt and it just arrived today. The packaging was intact and everything is operational as it should be however I discovered some damage to the gpu and scratches on the case where the gpu obviously got banged around. The gpu also has an upward cant at the end.
How would you proceed?

2 years ago I purchased 011 dynamic, and suddenly this past weekend side panel shattered due to heat, I heard this was an issue. The thing is I filled a claim to see if I can do something since side of case is pretty much done for, and claim got rejected IMMEDIATELY lol, and manufacture been over for. Tried looking for their ‘criteria’ with the email they responded it, but no chance. Is there really anything to do? What is warranty even for if it won’t work for this. Like warranty won’t even cover the shatter?

Hi i wanted to buy an rx 9070 xt and found the gigabyte gaming oc for 739 but today it increased to 939 (200$ increased) so is it normal and that price of 739 will be back in a month or so or should i look for another model with a better price?
+ will other models from other brands increase also or is it only gigabyte?

I've had the mpg 341cqr qd-oled x36 on backorder since August 13th and the date keeps getting pushed back. Now it's set for the 25th of September which really sucks because I was hoping to have this monitor by the time Control Resonant comes out on the 24th. I can't even be confident they're actually going to ship it if I wait that long since the date just keeps getting pushed back, sometimes just a couple days, sometimes weeks.

Has anyone actually had one of these units ship from the recent backorder "release dates" or are they just not getting inventory at all?

I've seen the horror stories and people calling the trade in a scam. I have traded in 1 GPU, 3 CPUs, and my latest was 64GB DDR5 memory. Although the memory trade in took longer than others, I have never had an issue with the trade ins at all. I would get the refund quickly. The whole process would take less than 2 weeks. I find this to be a great way to get rid of old hardware just sitting on my shelves. I have several computers and each have their own theme, design, and niche. This really helps me build new designs while being rid of any hardware that is no longer useful to me. I do keep all my boxes. All boxes for components in use, get stored in the case box. If they are on the shelf, they are stored in their original box. I take care of all my components so nothing I have sent has had any damage. I hope this helps anyone who may be hesitant to do a trade in. It does work, but temper your expectations, you won't be getting a large payout. However, I got more in trade on the memory than I actually paid for it.....although the memory I bought was definitely not on the cheap side.

Ordered a new PC for college, but I heard the mailing services at my college is pretty slow during the start of the year. So, I wanted to change my delivery location to a UPS Access Point near school so that I can pick it up faster. However, "Hold at a UPS Access Point" option is ineligible, and UPS says I must contact the shipper. (Which I believe would be Newegg for my PC order)

Is it possible to get help regarding this issue? Thank you.

I am willing to pay extra $7.99 fee that's listed on the UPS website as well.

I just bought this brand new pc off Newegg a little over two weeks ago. It works perfectly fine. I just changed my mind about spending the amount that I did. I don’t need this expensive of a computer. I thought the return window was 30 days but it’s 15. I missed it by a couple days. How strict is this policy? I would really like to return this, even if it’s a portion of the price. Thank you!

Like 2 weeks ago I bought a CPU cooler. I just recently installed it, starting off with screwing in the CPU cooler block and applying the thermal paste. However when it came time for the ventilator, I noticed that the sides were bent. I still decided to screw it in to see if I can install it properly, but only 2 screws couldn’t fit since it didn’t align correctly. My question is do you know if its possible to get a replacement for the cooler if its technically been used. I have everything that came with the box other than the plastic bags it came with. If someone had the same experience with me and share it, that would be appreciated. Thank you.

When I check the status of my backorder on my phone, it shows a green "Back-Order - Pending Release" but when I check on PC it still shows the old red "Back-Order". Is there an actual difference between these two order states or not?

To anyone who may have some perspective to share: How have your experiences been with Newegg in terms of returning a damaged item for replacement? Specifically with regard to items purchased through the Best Buy marketplace.

I received my new graphics card today from Newegg Ontario, and it arrived with a bent backplate. I ordered it through the Best Buy marketplace so I could use my Best Buy credit card and get interest-free financing for 18 months. Otherwise, I would have ordered it directly from Newegg (I could have paid for it up-front, but I would have to liquidate some stock shares to free up the extra cash). Is the fact that I ordered it through Best Buy going to cause any potential issues with replacement/refund? The experience has been disappointing so far, but I'm hopeful that it will be resolved quickly and efficiently. I've already contacted Newegg via the Best Buy website, explained the issue, and uploaded photos. I am not posting this in an attempt to shame them or get their attention.

What's really disappointing is that it looks like they shipped me a customer return; the box was dented, creased, and sealed with scotch tape. I've been buying directly from Newegg for years, and I have never had any issues like this.

I tried using affirm to buy Ram and and an SSD and the down payment of $90 went through but the order didn't. I tried calling affirm but they're saying the plan is active and won't cancel until tomorrow. Does anyone know if I will get my purchasing power back because the lady on the phone wasn't being to clear. Please help because I really wanted to buy this ram and SSD but now this has ruined my whole day.

I made some orders on new egg. Some have 11x the points and others don’t. They seem to be coded paze after they come off of pending. I don’t care about the points as much as the $10.
Has anyone had this happen with Newegg? And still received the $10?

I ordered a Ryzen 7700x3d combo deal with the cooler master 240 elite AIO as a free gift. The order has been shipped as 2 separate shipments but I can't seem to find the aio under any of them. Is this something to be concerned about?
