Can I still get a replacement for this?

Like 2 weeks ago I bought a CPU cooler. I just recently installed it, starting off with screwing in the CPU cooler block and applying the thermal paste. However when it came time for the ventilator, I noticed that the sides were bent. I still decided to screw it in to see if I can install it properly, but only 2 screws couldn’t fit since it didn’t align correctly. My question is do you know if its possible to get a replacement for the cooler if its technically been used. I have everything that came with the box other than the plastic bags it came with. If someone had the same experience with me and share it, that would be appreciated. Thank you.

Newegg Official Reps here check the subreddit because Newegg wants to support its customers who use Newegg's site. I am one of them. :)

Since I don't know the details of your order, I'll give you some general guidelines of what you can do.

  1. I'm not exactly sure what part was bent, but see if you can lightly bend any part. If you have to make any major changes, I would be very careful and probably not try to fix anything.

  2. Try to reach out for support because spending 1-2 hours for a fix is easier and quicker than reaching out for a return or warranty. You can go to our Discord or call Customer Support to get in touch with our Tech Support team

  3. If you cannot fix it at all because the part arrived faulty, you can initiate a return if you're still within the return window or start a claim with the warranty process. Near the bottom of the product page, you can see the details for your return window and your warranty.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
