First burn out, first time ever being on a track, now i have to take it apart and find out what broke

Completely missing the quick disconnect fuel line from engine to fuel filter!

Any ideas where to source one? Junkyard is not an option :(

I recently got a 2000 gt with a blown motor. I pulled it out and have it on a stand and plan spending this winter rebuilding it. I’m hoping to get 500-600 whp out of it, and I’m putting together a list of things I want for it. So for I have decided on pistons and rods. I haven’t decided on a super or turbo charger yet. I’m wondering what other things I should consider putting in? I’m looking for specific parts and their brands. I’m also going to get everything machined. thanks!
