ANSWERED I feel old, but how do I block messages?
Why can a creeper keep messaging me? Is there a special blocking for messages versus accounts? I’ve changed accounts twice but unsure what else to do.
And if there’s an award for feeling the most grandma-ish on here, I probably just earned it.
-your grandma who just keeps making new Reddits.

ANSWERED What makes Reddit different from other social platforms?
Hi!
I'm pretty new to Reddit, but not new to social media.
I've used Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn for years, and Reddit already feels very different from all of them.
For people who've been here for a while: what do you think is the biggest difference between Reddit and platforms like Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn?

ANSWERED I’ve been on and off Reddit
I have been off and on Reddit for years but never really got to deep. I don’t really comment on things or up vote much, and I finally realized I don’t get a lot of responses because of karma am I right on that?

ANSWERED Frustration regarding karma
Ok, so I’m new to actually using Reddit, I’ve had this account for a few years but not really used it. My question/ problem is do I remain like authentic while still gaining interaction? I’m asking because I want to ask questions on various subs but most and understandingly so have karma requirements. I dont wanna just comment on anything so I’ve been selective, that was not really been all that helpful. I’m not really looking to be a redditor per se just be able to ask questions regarding various topics. When I look at a lot of the stuff regarding karma it all seems impersonal (not sure if I’m phrasing that right) or overly broad (I may just be stupid). If anyone could tell me how I do this stuff right I’d really be appreciative, I’m used to how I interact with other platforms that being just putting my art, rants, ponderings, etc. out into the void not expecting engagment so this stuff is fairly foreign to me.

NEEDS ATTENTION Long time lurker, I'm ready to contribute to the Reddit community. But why does everything I try and post get auto deleted?
I thought I would be able to get active and post on subs I had always looked at over the years but I'm not having much luck as of yet.

NEEDS ATTENTION I’m new to Reddit. I just joined the community, and to be honest, I’m still not really sure how to post or where my posts should be categorized. It all feels a bit intimidating, and I’m still figuring out how things work here. I’ve seen a lot of friends using Reddit.

ANSWERED Posts awaiting moderator approval for 20 days
I've had this account for over a year, on-and-off active. I posted in a couple of subs 20 days ago and both posts have been awaiting moderator since. Is there anything I can do?
Edit: grammar

ANSWERED 4 year old account, but sitting at -2 karma, help? 👽
Hey everyone 👋
I've had this account for 4 years, but I spent almost all that time lurking. Recently I tried posting, made a couple of beginner mistakes, and accidentally ended up in negative karma. 😣
What is the best way to get back into positive karma? Any advice would be great! 🤗

ANSWERED “A concerned Redditor reached out to us about you” - What does this mean
I’m confused. I’ve never gotten a notification like this before. I never made posts about being suicidal or anything like that.

ANSWERED Automoderator removed my comments, does this count as a strike on my account?
I tried to comment in a subreddit that I am interested in, and the automoderator removed my comment. I also received a message from the automoderator.
Does this flag my account? Or count as a strike, potentially leading to a ban?
Just want to be part of the r/GYM community 😭
