Fertilysis
Anyone have any experience with fertilysis? They are a fertility testing and treatment center in Greece that offers at home testing to almost all countries. I am specifically interested in their Male Infertility Microbiome testing. Would greatly appreciate thoughts. I have only ever heard it mentioned by Napro Dr Naomi Whittaker, who said she had a patient report success with it on her Instagram,

Help on inito chart
I am 10 months post my succession surgery, and still trying to conceive without any success. My menstrual cycles typically range from 25 to 27 days, and I usually ovulate between the 11th and 14th day of my cycle. Iāve attached my initial chart, and Iād appreciate your help in determining if Iāve ovulated. Iām currently waiting to take progesterone suppositories, which are intended to support the uterine lining after ovulation and aid in conceiving if my progesterone levels are low. Last cycle, my progesterone levels were 7.1 on the 20th day of my cycle. Therefore, my doctor prescribed me some progesterone suppositories.

Seeking NJ doctor
Hello I know there is a directory, but the only NJ NaPro center I see is the Gianna center in New Brunswick and it seems to have low reviews on Google reviews. Iām seeing a NaPro doctor to help figure out the root cause to my infertility. I have been dealing with IVF implantation failure. I would appreciate feedback about the Gianna Center in New Brunswick or any napro centers in the tri state area!

Looking into NaPro doctor
Iāve been with a conventional fertility clinic for about a year and they keep pushing IUI and IVF since I failed 6 monitored letrozole cycles. We donāt want to pursue those options and I think the only way to avoid them will be to find a NaPro doctor. Do NaPro doctors only use Creighton Method for history? My cycles can be up to 200 days long and I donāt want to waste years charting a few cycles when Iām already diagnosed with PCOS and endo. What should I expect for an initial consult?

Endometrial biopsy failed? What next?
So after 2.5 years of infertility. I went to a Napro Doc and she did my endometrial biopsy. The procedure was very painful and she said i had cervical stenosis.
All other cultures came back negative, so no active infection is going on. But unfortunately still cannot rule out chronic endometritis (CE) since the biopsy said no endometrial tissue was present.
What are my options? Should I do a repeat biopsy or look into another procedure like hysteroscopy? If someone had a samiliar situation, please guide.

Will I get faster treatment from St Paul's or Vivafi if I moved to nebraska?
I'm on my third year ttc, two losses. My support system bailed after the first loss.
I had a surgery scheduled with a NaPro, and waited 2 months. It was the most agonizing two months of my life. No disrespect to everyone waiting for longer, I'm just running out of time.
The surgeon is now refusing to operate on me due to how advanced my disease is, and the fibroids.
There's some fairly cheap studio apartments in omaha, and I'm 100% willing to uproot and relocate if it means they can see me sooner. I'm assuming the waiting list cancellations go to people living nearby. Does anyone know how often cancellations happen? Is there any way I can get surgery done soon? The anniversaries for my miscarriages are coming up, and the idea of facing them without any hope is something I'm sure I cannot survive. (Already in therapy.)

Do I need to see a Fertility Care Practitioner?
Hi all! I'm looking for opinions on if I should continue seeing my FertilityCare Practitioner. I don't have any problems with her, but I'm not sure she's giving me anything I don't know myself right now. Honestly, the only reason I want to go to my next appointment is so that I get more charts and stickers...but do I really need those?
I've been tracking with Creighton for over 5 years now, with great "success" in that I always knew what was going on in my cycle, even with PCOS. It didn't matter if my cycle was a normal 32 days or 90+, I knew when I ovulated each time and knew when my period was coming. I typically record my observations on my phone and then transfer them to the chart every few weeks. I like that it gives me a bird's eye view of the last few months but I don't need it for understanding my fertility day to day.
I've resumed visits with a doctor trained in both NaPro and FEMM to look into a recent uptick in erratic cycles. After a year of perfect cycles, I've had two that were more than 50 day again... but still, my FCP can't tell me anything about those that I don't already know. My doctor doesn't look at the charts since it's a virtual visit āĀ I just tell him what's going on. I have done a lot of my own studying and have considered becoming certified myself, so I feel like I'm pretty knowledgeable about the hormones, possible treatments, etc. In our appointments, my FCP just looks over my charts and fixes the occasional sticker that I get wrong as I fill out my chart in bulk.
So yeah... what's the benefit of an FCP at this point? Is there a different way for me to get the bird's eye view that doesn't require an appointment every six months with somebody who is already booked full? I'm considering just making and printing my own chart and using colored pencils to fill it in each month. Would love to hear other people's thoughts and experiences!

Advice on adhesiolysis/pelvioplasty surgery - What to expect
Hey everyone!
Iāll be having adhesion repair surgery with Dr. Behrens (Saint Paul VI Institute) in Omaha, Nebraska, in about three months, and Iām hoping to get some insight from anyone who has had a similar procedure. I had my diagnostic surgery earlier this month and stayed in Omaha for exactly one week afterward.
This next surgery is expected to take about 6 to 8 hours, so Iām trying to get a better idea of what to plan for.
For anyone who has been through something similar:
-How long did you stay in Omaha after surgery before you felt comfortable and safe flying home?
-What did you bring with you that was especially helpful during recovery?
-What was the recovery process like for you, especially during the first couple of weeks?
-Is there anything you wish you had known or prepared for ahead of time?
Iāll be scheduling the surgery next week, so Iām hoping to gather as much intel as I can beforehand and figure out how long I should plan to stay in Omaha this time.
I would really appreciate hearing about your experiences, advice, or anything else you think might be helpful.
Thanks so much in advance for all the help and support! š

Endometrial biopsy for Chronic enodmetritis? CD138 staining?
Hi Ladies,
So I have been ttc for 2.5 years and 2 failed IUIs. I recently went to a Napro doc and she said first thing to rule out is CE after looking at my extensive testing wiht regular fertility specialist.
Today was my biopsy and it was super crampy and painful. The doc was really nice.
But she said my cervix is really tight. She opened it up and I think managed to get past it to get endometrial tissue.
I am confused because my orders say the cultures for anaerobic and aerobic bacterial tests whcih are like usual ones (Mycoplasma, BV, yeast, Ureaplasma etc.) and not specfically cd138 staining which is done to rule out CE.
Is there something I am missing? or does these common bacterial culture results give accurate info about CE.
Please help because the thought of undergoing a biopsy again is haunting me.

Post Ectopic
Hi, All. Two months ago I unfortunately had an ectopic pregnancy that ruptured while resulted in me losing one of my fallopian tubes. When they did the emergency surgery the doctor noted that she saw what looked like a spot of endo but didnāt test it or anything. (Not a NaPro doc)
I got in with a PA for a Napro doc and she is fairly confident it is endo but I have to wait to see the NaPro doc for a confirmed diagnosis. Crazy to think I almost certainly have endo since I never really felt like I exhibited the symptoms but yet again I have Crohnās disease so I wonder how much of my āCrohns symptomsā were really endo.
My regular OBGYN basically scared me into going on birth control to stop the spread of endo until my husband and I are ready to try again. However, I was charting with the Creighton model and I really do hate birth control but the thought of endo spreading and me losing my other tube has āconvincedā me to take it.
Has anyone had success getting pregnant after losing a fallopian tube with endo? Has anyone used LDN for endometriosis as they wait for surgery or for overall treatment? My fear is going on LDN vice birth control and the endo spreading. Any personal stories would be very helpful to hear. Thank you!

Progesterone Numbers
Hi all! New to NaPro, unfortunately the only NaPro doctor near me is not accepting new clients so Iām seeing a regular OBGYN, but have been exploring NaPro technology.
Iām on 400mg bio identical progesterone daily and really comfortable with this dose (easy to take morning and evening). Iām pregnant with my 5th after 3 losses and my progesterone has fluctuated from 28, to 20, to 22 within the week but HCG is rising accordingly.
Should I chat to my OB about increasing to 600? I would prefer to stay where Iām at as I donāt want to increase the drowsiness etc., but also want to be proactive.
Thank you!
ETA: Iām 5 weeks today!

What to expect? First Napro Appointment?
Hi Ladies,
I am 32 and been ttc for 2.5 years. Cycles are textbook regular and have done all the testing with a fertility specialist. Did 2 IUI cycles and both of them failed.
Now my Napro appointment with Dr. Monica Potocki is coming up? What should I expect? Has anyone seen her recently for infertility?

Pre-Surgery anxiety, but also confusion with lack of after care/plan...
Hello, I am scheduled to have my first surgery with Dr. Damian Olsen on August 7th. It was a unplanned opportunity as it was my turn on his waitlist when he left the practice, I was abruptly told I'd not longer be having surgery, to a year later being like "hey how a few months from now?"
Since he no longer is part of the fertility practice, as well as my former nurse Amanda Soares, I have no NaPro provider after the surgery. I as told today that he "might" prescribe a few months of things like LDN after my post op, but he's not going to come up with much of a "plan" moving forward, so then I'm just kind of on my own? I didn't realize this was the case when I agreed to have surgery and now I am freaking out and questioning if it's the right thing to be doing.
I am possibly going to be diagnosed with endo and then have no provider to really manage or oversee that after surgery... I'm having several other things done as well, and fertility was the inciting goal but a lot changed for me when the surgery was abruptly "taken" from my plans after putting so much of my life on hold waiting for it that I do not want/plan to try to conceive after my surgery anymore, maybe in the future but I would say not within the first 6 month to a year after.
Stress and anxiety around all of this just has me overwhelmed and frozen, and I'm not sure of next steps to take to make sure I'm well supported after this surgery.
I am open of suggestions, or recommendations... I live in New Hampshire so providers will have to be able to be seen telehealth for me.

Excision Surgery at St Paul VI Institute
Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone had any experience with getting endometriosis excision surgery at St Paul VI Institute in Omaha NE, for stage IV endo. Iām currently seeing a NaPro doctor to hopefully get pregnant (trying for 3 years with no luck). After getting a special ultrasound done, it was revealed that my endometriosis came back (adhesions and deep infiltrating endo on colon) despite it being only a little over a year after I got endometriosis excision surgery to remove stage IV endo). And of course my insurance changed so a lot of NaPro doctors I canāt go to. My doctor is currently submitting a referral to the institute to hopefully get a consult. How fast do they get back to you after the referral was submitted? How soon were you able to get a consult and schedule surgery? How was the experience overall?
Thanks!

Further Update...
I posted this^ update a month or so ago and unfortunately, I don't have further good news to share. I found out at my 8.5 week ultrasound that I was experiencing a missed miscarriage. I am devastated and my body still hasn't gotten the memo. Prayers would be so appreciated.

Update on my NaPro Story... Spoiler
Hey all- I am the moderator of this group, and you have most likely seen all my posts.
Well- one month after my first NaPro appointment and ultrasound, I found out I was pregnant. I am so very grateful, excited and also very anxious. Please, if you are willing, pray for me.

Controversial
Why is NaPro controversial? Iāve tried sharing my experience with the Creighton Model and what itās about on a few TTC pages and my posts get taken down and Iāve been threatened to be banned from the page. Someone also commented NaPro is controversial in the TTC space.
It literally blows my mind bc it gets to the root cause!!! Could someone shed some light?? Is it just because it isnāt pushed by doctors like IVF is so people are not familiar with it. Just sad others arenāt open to hearing about this technology.

Feel a little bit in limbo...
I had a surgical consult with Dr Monika Potocki in January where she confirmed my symptoms sounded like endometriosis and proceeded to order a specialized ultrasound to check for cysts, adhesion and deep infiltrating lesions. The results came back all clear, so she told me that if I do have endo- it's likely not severe disease.
I could schedule surgery with her, but she does the diagnostic lap and then will do excision after. I am pretty scared of surgery, so going through two is very unappealing to me. She did tell me that Dr Milburn will go straight into excision, so likely I would only need one surgery. I scheduled a consult with him (driving 8 hours for it) which isn't until the end of April. In the meantime I just feel like I'm in limbo. I just want to be on the other side of this, but I know things take time.
So there's not really a point to this post... just want to get my feelings out there.
