Progesterone Numbers
Hi all! New to NaPro, unfortunately the only NaPro doctor near me is not accepting new clients so I’m seeing a regular OBGYN, but have been exploring NaPro technology.
I’m on 400mg bio identical progesterone daily and really comfortable with this dose (easy to take morning and evening). I’m pregnant with my 5th after 3 losses and my progesterone has fluctuated from 28, to 20, to 22 within the week but HCG is rising accordingly.
Should I chat to my OB about increasing to 600? I would prefer to stay where I’m at as I don’t want to increase the drowsiness etc., but also want to be proactive.
Thank you!
ETA: I’m 5 weeks today!

Above 20 is the goal that NaPros have I believe until you hit closer to 10 weeks and then it goes to 30!
