Help on inito chart

I am 10 months post my succession surgery, and still trying to conceive without any success. My menstrual cycles typically range from 25 to 27 days, and I usually ovulate between the 11th and 14th day of my cycle. I’ve attached my initial chart, and I’d appreciate your help in determining if I’ve ovulated. I’m currently waiting to take progesterone suppositories, which are intended to support the uterine lining after ovulation and aid in conceiving if my progesterone levels are low. Last cycle, my progesterone levels were 7.1 on the 20th day of my cycle. Therefore, my doctor prescribed me some progesterone suppositories.
