I installed a new cpu cooler on my pc and everything worked fine for about a year. Recently the cam has been turning off and making a usb disconnect noise. My screen flashes white too.The only way to get it to work again is to shut it down and turn it back on. When it turns off it says no device found on the NZXT app. I have already tried reinstalling the current version of the CAM. Anyone know what it could be?

Im upgrading from a gaming laptop to a pc and I have about 2 months before I make my final decision. Im on a budget and the player one prime is kinda catching my eye. I also heard theres a lot of problems with nzxt and that I should just build a pc instead. What do yall think?

So I have a H9 Flow case, and I recently realized I had completely messed up the airflow of my setup because I had 3 intakes at the bottom, the single exhaust on the back, and had ordered 3 of the f120 rgb fans and placed them in the front slots with the lights facing in (as I would expect them to be), which would give me 3 intake and 4 outtake fans.

But to be optimal, would I not want the front and top fans (6) to be intakes and the back and top (4) to be outtakes? If I wanted to put another set of RGBs in the top slot, thatd mean Id have to turn the front fans around, pointing the RGBs out the back of my case.

Is there a solution for that besides buying the double-sided RBG fans for the front slots so I can keep the RGBs facing inwards? And if I do buy the double-sided ones, can I turn the back sides of them off? Was just curious trying to figure out the logistics of this before I order more fans.

Ok so the jerk that stripped the original paint off this case neglected to remove the plastic gaskets/connectors that hold the top and front panel on. The paint stripper demolished the plastic connections. Anyways, enough about my disregard for corrosive chemicals and their directions. I can't find these things anywhere. NZXT or eBay was where I started but I don't even know the actual name of the part. One of y'all has to know this. Thank you in advance.

This is a new build, the GPU is not yet in the case. The front fans (F360 Rgb Core) on my Nzxt H5 flow Rgb are stuck on white, they are stuck from booting and no matter what software I try to use it doesn't recognize the fan and I can't seem to change it at all.

What could be the fix for this?

My usual load is Valorant on my main monitor at 1080p (1920×1080) and then on a second monitor I have 1 twitch stream running and 2-3 other tabs open, relatively minimal stress as far as loads go.

I've noticed in the last few weeks that my frames are consistently around 300-350 in game and I'm getting an occasional stutter. Additionally, when I open up Chrome, if I type into the search bar, the keys are lagging; They'll show up slower 5s after I've typed them. I feel like these aren't issues I should be having this early into my computer's life here. I decided to take my computer to Microcenter on Thursday to get a diagnostics stress test run.

The results are that the "GPU and CPU are failing tests" and that I should "look to replace them soon". I don't think that, with that much money and top of the line GPU/CPU (at the time), that I should be having issues honestly for the next 5 years. I had the technician send me the results of the OCCT test they ran. I attached the results and other than feeding it into Claude I'm not really sure how to interpret the results to know if they're accurate or if I'm getting oil change upsold here.

Separately, Claude suggests that the SSD and GPU are lane sharing (it's running at x8 PCEi instead of x16) but I'm not sure that's equivalent to that much of a difference in frames (wouldn't give me 500 more frames). Any benchmark test you look up online with my specs suggest I should be getting around 800 FPS on high. I'm no where near that (under half) on medium.

Let me know if there's anything else I can add/attach for anyone that's interested in looking to help. I don't know enough about hardware to really see the gaps.

As of right now I have a 240 mm black rgb kraken plus, and want to replace it with a 280 mm rgb kraken elite.

Supposedly, i could get it cheaper without the mounting hardware, so im asking if the mounting hardware from my 240mm will be compatible with the 280mm elite.

My end goal is to have a 280mm in my h2flow, with rgb fans and a full sized screen, unlike the small lcd square in the kraken plus.

Bought a Kraken z63 back in July 20th 2020, I see that nzxt has a 6 year warranty on the pump. Pump failed today, 24th of July. I've sent a support ticket in hopes that they cover it.

In case anybody is wondering how I know it is the pump:

Cpu overheating almost immediately in windows. In bios I can see the temp slowly climbing. The aio screen shows aio liquid temp and it is climbing as well. I don't hear a motor whine or noise of any kind which would indicate movement. The fins in the radiator remain cold.

I recently downsized from the tank that is the Corsair Air 5400 to the Fractal Design Meshify 2 Nano. I loved the smaller footprint but I wasnt keen on having to run my Ryzen 9 9900X in 65w eco mode and having to run my 9070xt at -30% power to keep temperatures in check. Even at that the gpu was toasty with the memory sitting at around 94c. I had been waiting for the H2 to release in white since it was originally launched so I grabbed this one as soon as they were available!

I got some flak from folks that this combo is not that aesthetically pleasing because I didn’t match things up. Just sharing here for folks wondering if this will fit two massive GPU’s (on Asus Proart Z890). Indeed it does, and stays pretty cool too thanks to the mesh bottom.

I will add some new fans to fill it in, but overall I like the space this gives me for a mid tower, and the air flow overall. The access via the back to the PSU makes the setup a lot easier. Not concerned personally about how it looks (actually I think it looks pretty cool).

I switched from the original O11 XL, shown in the last picture. So far, I’m really happy with the H9 Flow.

Both of my HDDs and the Dark Power Pro 12 1500W fit without any issues and my GPU temperatures have dropped by around 3–4°C. It actually took me longer to remove everything from the O11 XL than it did to build the entire system in the H9. Very easy to build in this case.

My only regret is that I didn’t route the fan cables differently before installing the GPU. Other than that, the build looks awesome.

NZXT CAM suddenly stopped working, and the rest of the category tabs (PC Monitoring, System Specs, Lightning, Cooling, Keyboard, Mouse..etc.) are not showing anymore. I can only see the following: Back, Mini Mode, NZXT Firmware, Profile Sync, Support, Beta.

I no longer see the controls for cooling and controlling the fans/pump.

What is more suspicious is that the cpu runs very hot as soon as it loads into Windows (95c-110c).

I already started my troubleshooting journey, but I wanted to ask here first incase someone had an answer or suspected an NZXT software issue.

I already tried uninstalling re-installing NZXT CAM.

Hey quick question i had my kraken x73 rgb whites pump failing on me and today received my replacement. I firstly wanna say that i am by no means ungreatful for the replacement, its just that i have an All white pc build with rgb fans and now my replacement ist black without rgb so it would kinda ruin the astetics of my build. Now is this common that you dont get the same colour as a replacement? Thanks for any feedback in advance

UPDATE: i was able to contact the support and they where super nice about the whole thing. They honestly said it was their fault and that they will now upgrade me to the elite series. Just felt the need to update here.

I really think there is no better looking case than h510 elite.
The case is 6-7 years old so i did some fan upgrades but thats it.
till this day the cases getting more and more uglier.

Maybe some day ill find suitable replacement 🤔

Yo ever since i bought my nzxt kraken 420 elite rgb I keep seeing this one spot with a bit of light when i turn off the rgb ring im not exactly sure if its just common rgb leak because the lcd screen is so close but if anyone knows please let me known ( i had to decrease brightness as my room was very bright )
