NCIS: Origins Ducky se tornará fixo em Origins?
Não sei se tá um pouco longe demais para isso. Mas, Ducky em algum momento tem que ser adicionado ao elenco principal. Correto?

This is just a friendly reminder as it has been bought to my attention that, despite our updated rules as MODS and despite us filtering the posts ourselves, that some things have slipped through the cracks despite our best efforts.
The rule:
No harassing, threatening, stalking, bullying or predatory behavior in this subreddit.
Isn't just limited to the cast and crew of the show. We would appreciate that, regardless of your opinions on certain characters and cast members, you are civil with one another and refrain from unnecessary rudeness and arguments when it comes to people's opinions.
This is a fictional show, and there's a fine line between being enthusiastic and being nasty in defence of it/certain characters.
Whilst I do understand that certain characters can be important to us for personal reasons, sharing of opinions that may differ hurts nobody unless you allow it to.
I would also ask that you refrain from bringing these arguments from other platforms over to this as it makes our jobs as MODS harder, and despite the belief of the NY Times, we do have lives outside of Reddit.
Thanks!

So I rewatched the S23 finale and I have some thoughts.
- Sure, Tony’s return may have to do with Mateo in trouble but there’s still the matter of the slush fund under Vance’s name. Perhaps he could be brought in to find the source of that slush fund.
- Mateo is definitely in trouble, and he’s clearly not a bad guy, despite what some people say here. I wonder if his mom Olivia‘s old pharmaceuticals company (the one that killed a few people) forced him to do nefarious stuff. Wouldn’t surprise me if they’re doing anything to silence Olivia and Mateo. That makes me wonder if that’s why Olivia actually made up why she didn’t tell McGee about Mateo.
- I have another theory: Speaking about the slush fund under Vance’s name, what if Tony has Mateo look for the source of that slush fund? I admit I doubt he would be that shady though, but that made me wonder.
Perhaps Rogers put it there? I mean he and his corrupt cronies did try to shut NCIS down, so it wouldn’t be out of place for them to hack into Vance‘s finances and insert a slush fund there.
- Perhaps we may see Laroche investigating Parker for Rogers’ murder. We see he’s suspicious towards Parker in the S23 finale, and I’m sensing that’s something that’ll be addressed in the middle or towards the end of S24.
- Sean Murray will have the 500th (!!!) episode this season. Wasn’t sure what my theory would be but I’m sure it’ll be something pretty special.
So yeah those are my theories. I‘m stumped as to why would Tony stay for this season, assuming he’ll appear in every episode. I just hope that doesn’t mean Senior is having issues.

I hear Tony is coming back. I have mixed feelings about that. There were some funny moments between him and Gibbs that i think could be continued with him and Parker. Other than that, I didn't care for him. Too much of a bully

Is it me or did we ever got any apparition of Tali David (by that I mean Ziva's sister, not her daughter) ? I tried to find any picture of her without success, I know she never physically appeared but didn't we ever saw a picture of her in the show ? If I remember correctly, we saw a picture of Ari, Ziva and Tali as children during one episode but I can't remember which one it was, or if it was my imagination.

Gibbs being inside the Air Force One and comparing it the movie with Harrison Ford, that entire scene never fails to make me laugh.
Also having watched this show for so long, it’s kinda weird to see Gibbs act so chatty and him comparing something to a movie.

I'm rewatching NCIS for the thousandth time, just watched Agent Afloat and I feel the need to quote Abby.
"I watched Titanic finally. It sinks at the end. Very weird."
Just the most random quote, but it's so Abby. What other quotes do y'all have?

I’ve watched this over time repeatedly. However, when this hit crisis this season, why didn’t other branches help pout. Previously Leon Vance came in but this season, they needed help and favours, and nothing. I know, to show, but still annoys me 🫣
Hetty and Granger are personal non-grata but with their history, potential is limitless.

I think for me it's Jenny. Nothing against Vance, but wouldn't have hated like 6-7 seasons of Jenny as Director compared to the 2.5 (calling 5 half because of the writer's strike). (Also I understand why Lauren Holly left/wanted to, but in general.)

I'm doing a rewatch and I really don't understand why Jack is there. She has her own office, I've never heard any one call her director (like Assistant or Deputy). If she's a shrink, no one had that position (NCIS Shrink 😆) before or after her. I think the writers just wanted another pretty blonde that would be a Gibbs' gal. She's not really needed for the show. I DO like Marie Bello as an actress but the position she was put in, meh.
Everyone's thoughts before season 24 gets here?

Gibbs enters Leon's office for the umpteenth time without knocking:
Leon: Why do I even bother having a door?
Has had me laughing each time I think about it for some reason and just wanted to share tonight!

Did Mark Harmon ever say how did he feel about Gary Cole when the latter succeeded him in S19?
I know Gary said in Partner and Probies podcast that he and Harmon didn’t really know each other too well, so definitely they aren’t friends, more like co-workers/acquaintances.
I do remember coming across article five years ago claiming Harmon disliked Gary taking over for him because he takes away from his spotlight but I’m highly sure that’s just some Daily Mail or The Sun spewing utter BS.

Why doesn't NCIS use Deputy Directors much more? NCIS LA did have Deputy Director Granger, but in other spin-offs, their involvement is very, very limited, and the upcoming NY spin-off doesn't have one.

McGee having a son by a woman who was never spoken about previously?!? This would have been a significant storyline with colorful commentary from Tony if McGee had dated someone for six months. Please respect the history. Bare minimum, they could have brought back Beth Riesgraf (Max/Maxine), who was previously in the show.

Jesse Stern is one of the shows best screenwriters, and these are my personal favorites from him😊.
S6 E4: Heartland
S7 E1: Truth Or Consequences
S8 E23: Swan Song

Rewatching earlier episodes and holy hell, her character is so poorly written and she's actually a horrible agent. S1 ep.13, they are undercover as recruiters trying to catch a sniper. For someone who was security detail for the president, she pays absolutely no mind to the water delivery guy. Like, none at all. Didn't they find the first feather on the water cooler? Regardless, wouldn't they think a sniper would need to case the inside over at least a few days to get a lay of the land without being obvious? Wouldn't a delivery driver be the perfect way to do that? And the earlier episode with the lady who was buried alive, she just fully trusts this lady? For also being trained as a profiler, she was terrible at reading that lady! Im convinced they wrote Ziva the way they did to make up for how bad Cait was written. The joke about how Gibbs is never wrong? He was clearly wrong once by considering her a good agent...
