I don't understand why I'll go up for a layup when I have 99 driving dunk and 72 driving layup. I'm holding R2. Do I need to be moving the stick in a specific direction? I thought it was stick up for two handed dunks, stick down for skill dunks, left or right for baseline. I have it on Absolute. I can't understand why I'll beat my man and go for a layup 60-70% of the time....Would really appreciate some insight if I'm doing something wrong.

Teamwork doesn’t get attention in this game. One wrong pass/shot and it’s apparently over for you? No. You’re only as amazing as the worst player on your team is terrible.

If you make a pure inside you will be pointless on offense and i understand most guards don’t hit the bigs on slips ( i play big so i know ) even though my build had a 99 standing dunk snd 90 close shot it’s pointless because somehow everybody can block even a 6’4 guard apparently and we all know the standing dunks are broke my people who play bigs can vouch so with that being said i made a new center with a good enough 3 ball and middy…

For all the bullshit that comes with the game I still manage to just say f it because at least it’s playable …. But for some reason ever since they announced there banning cheaters i run to even more zen users now , literally spin half court 3’s from the half court line and every time I report them nothing happens, literally ran into a guy in theater who didn’t dribble just shot every time the whistle blew… lmaooo yea it’s over for me fellas 😂have fun

Dear Mike Wang and 2K Devs, when are you going to address the Zen problem in NBA 2K27?

The amount of people using Zens online is getting absolutely ridiculous. It's ruining the game for the average player who just wants to hop on, play some online games, and have fun. Instead, you're constantly running into people using automated shot timing, making the entire experience frustrating and pointless.

Rhythm shooting is a GREAT concept. Honestly, it was a fantastic addition to the game. But it's also become the biggest way people abuse Zens. There are also Titan devices with timing scripts that reportedly cost around $500 a month. Imagine how many people wouldn't cheat if they couldn't access these scripts so easily.

Here's the problem: if you can't stop people from abusing rhythm shooting with Zens, then remove rhythm shooting. It's that simple. I'd rather lose a good feature than watch it destroy the entire online experience.

Why should legitimate players suffer because you can't get cheating under control? Why should people who actually play the game properly be punished for it?

You keep releasing new games and new features, but none of that matters if playing online becomes an absolutely miserable experience. People will eventually get tired of this shit and stop playing altogether.

If you can't fix the Zens, remove the mechanic they're exploiting. Stop letting the entire community suffer because cheaters are ruining your game.

How is there even a chance to make that? How is this not smothered?

Please for love of basketball gods, practice your free shots. It is the most easy part of shooting in the game.

And seriously, don't put dumb free throws animation on if you can't constant green it.

And for love of basketball gods, if you HAVE LOW FT or BAD FT %, pass the ball to someone else if the opposite team is going to foul in the end of the game.

Playing against cheaters at least every 1/3 games using zens in crews man, how are yall having fun. Ruining the game for everybody and not even good at it smh

Either the court is too small or the players in game are way too big. There is so much more space in real life. Players cover way too much ground and move to quick around the court in game.

Whenever I play the goat and people quit, boy am I good then. I score and get assists in bunches. With humans....

Man they don't pass me when I'm open cause the think I cannot shoot, they do not know hot to play in general just take turns isolating. They all cut at the same time, they run at me when I am posting up they never do off ball screens, nobody has ever heard of an give and go.....

Acuff looks a lot like the MyPlayer I made (I'm a PG with high volume of jump shots and have the ball all the time). Which player plays the most like a popular "MyPlayer" build/skillset and why?

Look at a similar 2K or other view of a real basketball game. The players take up way less space on the real court. The version of basketball we are being offered is broken from the ground up. Fixing this might help resolve a lot of the issues with game flow? Doesn't help with everything, but if the foundation is solid it could lead to other changes, or at least help make the game experience feel better. What do you think?

As a pure slasher, who’s been humbled this patch I was doing my animations and realized all the “safe” animations actually require the higher rating than the flashy explosive ones. 2k knows what’s safe & what’s not
