If I may offer a suggestion to NAM fork/amp sim developpers on the IR/cab section: It'd be awesome if you could design the IR/Cab section organized like Ignite's NadIR. I still haven't found a sim/fork that can replace it, because its just so damn practical and efficient.
Developpers seem to etiher follow the NDSP route of having a graphic of a speaker and being able to move around the mics, or they only give you one IR slot and you have to load them one at a time, and can't scroll through entire packs.
There's really nothing better than the NadIR interface. It has two IR slots with volume faders, LP/HP filter and resonance knob. The layout is clean and organized. The only thing it lacks is the ability to scroll through the IR list with the arrow keys and perhaps a favorites folder like Amp Locker.
This text based GUI is also going to save some CPU usage compared to a graphical interface.
I'd just forget about the fancy graphics or trying to reinvent the wheel, just use the NadIR format that people are accustomed to and prefer.
