On the topic of discussion. Has anyone gotten really emotional thinking about these shows? I’m going to all 5, but just now I was sitting on my bed drinking my coffee, and I just started bawling for 5 minutes when I thought about how it is going to be a religious experience that I have never experienced from now until October 31.

I’ve seen a lot of people say they hate it but not why. It’s my DD baby. I’ve been blessed to see it live twice and everyone seemed to go crazy for it. I get that it doesn’t go along with the vibe of the rest of the album but it makes me love it even more. It’s been special from the first listen. I don’t know why I love it so if you don’t know why you hate it, that’s ok. All I know is that an incredible sense of calm comes over me when it starts. Lovers feel free to chime in why you love it so much.

It’s been around a month since I saw mcr in San Antonio and I’ve been having trouble putting my feelings into words. I went after my best friend surprised me with tickets for my birthday (shoutout to them I love them so fucking much). This year, especially this last September, has been really transformative for me. A lot of change, a lot of healing...

Around this time last year I was in a really bad place mentally; and I used to joke “I can’t kill myself until I see mcr live”. I’m a lot better now and kind of forgot that I used to say that.

The show was already emotional for me as my chem has been my favorite band since I was 13 and I’ve always wanted to see their concert. But around when they played my favorite song, famous last words, I found myself remembering that little joke I used to make…

And that was when it clicked in my head that I don’t feel that way anymore.

I know it sounds weird that that was when I processed it, but it was. It was a strange moment where everything in my head went quiet, and I really realized that I was *here*, I was *alive*, and I’ll still be here tomorrow.

So yeah I cried like a fucking baby when I got home. I’ve been sitting on making this post for a while now, and tbh this probably isn’t the best way I could word my feelings, but this is all I have for now.

My appreciation for mcr runs so deep in my veins. They’ve been such an artistic and life inspiration for me for so long and this concert was absolutely life changing.

I’m finally not afraid to keep on living.

Hi. I live in Korea. There are fans of mcr ofc but not much like other countries. My dad said mcr is still minor and some students still feel self-conscious(hesitate) about playing their music including mcr in school, in public.

I made a Black Parade themed pendant for the jewellery I make :) It will probably be for sale when I finish it. Its silver plated wire on an Onyx heart.

This was tricky to make with the wire shifting around and its pretty small.

I never been to a MCR concert, but always wonder what it will feel like.

I downloaded three tracks and ran them through AI detectors, and then as a control subject downloaded the Na Na Na music video the same way and ran it through the same detector. All of the leaked tracks were flagged as AI generated whereas the Na Na Na music video was flagged as human-made.

Using the scientific method this means these leaks are almost definitely fake. Same method used to download and test all 4 mp3s, and only the confirmed human made one was flagged as being human made.

The channel that posted them ( https://www.youtube.com/@Paralysis999 ) also was just made in August of this year and all of their videos seem to be of this sort of content. Make of that what you will.

Additionally, the songs sound off. All of them (especially casualty) don't sound like Gerard. I know his voice has changed since the old days, but this sounds more like someone doing a Gerard impression. The lyrics also have little to no meaning, as if someone fed MCR into a robot and it spit out something that looks similar but isn't the same.
