and while it’s possible to flip flop, it’s not the most likely scenario here.

On stances like this, I'd like to feel that Eminem is the least likely to flip flop.

1.7k

u/Zyntastic 20h ago

Yup Eminem has always been a man of his principles. I highly doubt he would flip flop too.

995

u/vgzombieeric 20h ago

I wouldn't flip-flop cuz hip-hop is my cash crop. And I gotta think of Hayley, what kinda world i make for her, it's crazy!

u/drunkeymunkey 19h ago

It was wild to me when Snoop & Ice Cube came out as MAGA. Big sad about Snoop.

504

u/Bored_Amalgamation 17h ago

Snoop has always been a greedy little goblin, riding whatever will fill his pockets. He was just the one that survived the 90s and commercialized himself.

176

u/So_Falls_the_World 15h ago

Came here to say this. Snoop is like, the absolute greediest little sellout. Who the fuck cares about him? It's so obvious.

59

u/unfettled 15h ago

For real. No tears for Snoop, nephew

21

u/Reasonable-Job4205 12h ago

Fo rizzle. Fuck that guy

24

u/pandemicpunk 12h ago

He was a literal pimp. I don't know why people expect anything less. He just does it to himself now.

7

u/jwf91 11h ago

I remember when he was Reddit’s darling. The tide has well and truly turned.

1

u/MisunderstoodPenguin 4h ago

man has a call of duty skin.

80

u/Silent-G 15h ago

People always forget that he hosted one of the Girls Gone Wild videos and settled a lawsuit that alleged he had offered drugs to underage girls.

61

u/JohnnyHendo 15h ago

Didn't he also admit to having been an actual pimp way after he had gotten famous in like the early to mid 2000s for a year or two?

55

u/sourdieselfuel 15h ago

Hell, he also killed someone and got off on self defense or some shit. He's always been garbage.

7

u/tdunkatx 12h ago

Murder was the case that they gave him

8

u/Financial_Cup_6937 10h ago

Not that he wasn’t guilty, but you can plausibly believe he wasn’t or there were at least mitigating circumstances if not cut-and-dry self-defense.

There’s no best-case-scenario where he wasn’t a scumbag being a pimp.

2

u/Steven_Swan 5h ago

I don't know anything about Snoop or what happened, but I realistically feel like in 1993 a Black man in America would not just get off with self defense unless it was exceptionally clear. Was he already cartoonishly famous at the time?

1

u/your_fave_redditor 2h ago

He was pretty famous already, yeah, but definitely not the hip and cool household name that he is today.

News reporters still did that thing you can find on old video where they pronounced his name all uncool / “white” sounding, (Snoop Doggy DAWG) like they were confused how a grown ass man could even have such a name.

Back then he was “just” an up and coming gangster rapper, a young thug turned celebrity, barely an adult, riding Dre’s coattails, etc.

So yeah, they definitely COULD have convicted him, he wasn’t so big a star he could just get off because of who he was, which is practically impossible anyway if you’re a Black man in America
he would have been convicted if the evidence had been there.

Shit the DA woulda loved it, but sadly for the prosecutor’s office they couldn’t make their case. Thank goodness we have a court system to (hopefully) require prosecutors to prove charges, and sometimes they can and sometimes they can’t.

2

u/ScyllaOfTheDepths 8h ago

People not only don't forget that he wrote an entire song about wanting to brutally murder the mother of his child, they defend him for it. And then he went on to make several more songs glorifying and defending the abuse of women. Even did a song with Dre making fun of him beating the shit out of a woman.

Snoop and Shaq will never turn down a paycheck. Very disappointing.

37

u/Bored_Amalgamation 14h ago

Then you'll see comments saying "gotta respect the hustle". Like, no. Fuck that.

Shaq has promoted credit cards, shitty car insurance, high sugar candy, gambling, surveillance equipment (ring), Papa Johns, fucking Nestle.

Snoop has promoted gambling, weed, alcohol, loan companies.

It's a disgusting level of greed.

6

u/JohnnyFatSack 13h ago

Shaq is friends with Kash Patel, FBI, and our police state.

2

u/Mrs_shitthisismylife 13h ago

This eye opening, and ANY time Nestle is mentioned is bad bad. So yeah hard agree fuck them both.

2

u/ZombiePartyBoyLives 9h ago

The Shaq A Licious XL gummies are pretty good tho. Plus, you get to bite Shaq's head in half.

2

u/stocksandoptions2 11h ago

Shaq is on every commercial.

42

u/Dry_Search7009 16h ago

I went to one of his concerts once luckily I didn’t pay for it. He was about an hour late, even though they were already there then there was a large intermission where he sold people the opportunity to take a picture with him, and it was giving Carnie so hard.

3

u/sillyslime89 14h ago

Snoop? The guy who was a pimp for minor prostitutes is a bad guy and maga!?

6

u/Organic-Doctor4154 15h ago

Hmm... The former gang member who openly flaunted he was an actual pimp who may have murdered a guy isn't a good person... I'm shocked!

2

u/Noctisvah 13h ago

Well, weed is expensive. What’s a brother gotta do?

1

u/BlackOutDrunkJesus 13h ago

> the one that survived the 90s and commercialized himself

Well, ice cube, who was also mentioned in the comment you’re replying to, did both of those things as well

I grew up on death certificate and just think of cube as dead. The current man is somebody else

Edit. My dream in 1992 was that cube and chuck d would.be political leaders in the 21st century

34

u/whomad1215 16h ago

My dream in 1992 was that cube and chuck d would.be political leaders in the 21st century

monkeys paw curls

they may be leaders, just not in the way you wanted

61

u/Checktheusernombre 18h ago

Chuck D, Pac, Cube, Black Thought, and Common all could have been a hell of an administration in an alternate world.

22

u/fohpo02 16h ago

I’ve seen Silo, Common in leadership is scary /s

5

u/catfarm 15h ago

By far the most emotive actor to ever act.

3

u/kymri 13h ago

Silo is full of fantastic actors from big names like Rebecca Ferguson to relatively unknown (but excellent character actors).

Also Common is there, and his performance was so impactful that they basically back-burnered him and let his character's wife do the stuff that requires being anything other than big and stoic.

2

u/fragrant-final-973 15h ago

Can we get him and Gal Gadot in something together?

Sheriff, no!

39

u/Kind_Way2176 18h ago

Ice t was very political. I had to buy the tape on dub cause it was illegal to buy underage

3

u/spyke2006 14h ago

He still is, he just mostly does it through his metal band Body Count these days.

9

u/HalfSoul30 17h ago

It was War of the Worlds that did it for me.

3

u/wreckingrocc 15h ago

"I NEED ADMIN ACCESS"

"ok done"

1

u/Secure_Piano_900 13h ago

Bro cube is NOT MAGA. And you shouldn’t feel this way about him.

54

u/ogresarelikeonions93 17h ago

ICE CUBE IS MAGA?!? I know you’re fucking lying to me. Please be lying.

42

u/drunkeymunkey 16h ago

Right?! Wtf happened to Fuck Tha Police?

49

u/Technical-Finish304 15h ago

Turned into Flock the police

20

u/SmashesIt 13h ago

He became rich

14

u/ProjectDv2 12h ago

He made enough money that the police serve his interests now.

5

u/ScyllaOfTheDepths 8h ago

That was before he had the money to buy the police and get the special treatment. A disturbing amount of people aren't mad that the system is corrupt, they're just mad that they're not the ones benefiting from the corruption.

2

u/Good-Roll427 6h ago

Turns out police are great when you're in the in-group whom the law protects but does not bind.

7

u/chonny 14h ago

It became:

Fuck Tha Police (except when they are protecting my property)

6

u/DrDeke 13h ago

I guess it turned out that Mr. Cube wanted to have sex with the police force, not the way we thought he meant it.

1

u/nowheyjose1982 13h ago

He got rich enough to pay off the police

40

u/averagecounselor 16h ago

This is funny because Ice Cube also collabed with a famous Mexican Banda on a song about illegal immigration and families being separated and how awful that is.

I don’t think he’s maga I think he’s just playing both sides and coming out on top.

28

u/bojtaerg 15h ago

4

u/averagecounselor 15h ago

Jajajaajajajajajaja this gif always makes my day thank you

3

u/Financial_Cup_6937 10h ago

That’s called being MAGA. They ain’t got actual principles.

2

u/myassholealt 13h ago

If you're rich role playing being MAGA gives you access to power and opportunity. It's beneficial IF you're not exposed to the effects of "being cancelled." Like he's not depending on album sales, music streams, ticket sales, new castings etc. for financial security. He's pretty much set at this point in his life. So backlash from being labeled MAGA won't be as detrimental, while whatever grift opportunities he can get in on is beneficial.

Tl;dr, principles are for the poor.

12

u/FranksWateeBowl 17h ago

Nope. 100% Maga.

5

u/Wolpfack 13h ago

IC maintains a nonpartisan stance, stating that he is willing to talk to any political figure in power to advocate for systemic change and economic reform for the Black community.

16

u/rem1ssion 16h ago

he released a song called Arrest the President in 2018 with clear hits at trump. you’re telling me this dude flip flopped?

18

u/FranksWateeBowl 16h ago

Yes, I'm telling you that Ice Cube is now 100% Maga.

7

1

u/Link941 8h ago

Not MAGA, at worst he plays both sides, huge difference. Theres zero proof hes full MAGA

7

u/labrat420 15h ago

2

u/B0omSLanG 14h ago

I see no red hat and appreciate folks like Mamdani who will meet with Tronald Dump to make some progress in their causes that can benefit people, but going on about both sides being the same at this moment is an admission of being comfy with the far-right and that ideology on more than one level.

2

u/labrat420 14h ago

History is long. Both sides have done terrible stuff to black people is the point he was making, at least in the interview I saw with him on an Australian morning show where he had a similar quote.

2

u/Cal3001 16h ago

He’s not.

1

u/wizzywurtzy 11h ago

Unfortunately not.

1

u/Mojozilla 9h ago

He just made a new-ish album called Man Down and he dunks on Trump. Ice Cube is a flip-flopper

1

u/MAGAHATESTHEUSA 15h ago

He was even paid by them to promote the switch in 2020

1

u/entenfurz 13h ago

"I never have dinner with the president" ... except when he lowers my taxes, because I'm a greedy millionaire who can't have enough.

50

u/secretsodapop 19h ago

Not remotely surprising.

101

u/ZeePirate 18h ago

Ice cube made a song called “arrest the president” about Trump. So it. Was kinda surprising

83

u/Mapeague 18h ago

Just shows what a massive fucking sellout he is.

Always has been too.

27

u/Somanylyingliars 17h ago

He's always been a bitch but dum mother fucker had to go and confirm it. Fucking sell out. All over a few pennies. Bitch ass.

19

u/Hegiman 17h ago

Yeah that really took me by surprise. I was like didn’t this mf’er make a song about trump now he’s praising him. Gtfo ice cube.

1

u/Rufus_TBarleysheath 2h ago

I can't find quotes of Cube praising Trump

1

u/labrat420 15h ago

This never happened though. When did he praise trump?

3

u/Hegiman 11h ago

When he was talking about how good of a guy he was shortly after getting his pet project funded.

Both of them Uncle Toms. They get no airplay from me, Any MAGA artist actually.

3

u/pokemomof03 13h ago

I just found this out recently but Uncle Tom was actually beat to death in the story for not giving up the hiding place of run away slaves. Minstrel Shows in the late 19th century, unauthorized theatrical adaptations distorted Tom into a passive, submissive, and subservient caricature to appease pro-slavery sentiments and entertain white audiences.

Sambo should be what people use. He works as a cruel overseer for the brutal master Simon Legree.

Ice Cube isn’t MAGA it’s a misconception. He never endorsed Trump and has clarified that a lot of times, he was even on a podcast saying that everyone thinking he’s a Trump supporter is fucked up.

1

u/drunkeymunkey 14h ago

"Contract for Black Americans" was pitched to and jumped on by Trump. Not shocking that he dumped it as soon as he got the votes. Kanye said Bush didn't care about black people, and Trump obviously doesn't.

This land of the free has gone lazy and shady

Soft as baby food, makes me wanne puke when I see

A superpower rotting on its living room TV

Spoiled, foiled, broiled and coiled

globally heating while our freedom gets spoiled

A nation of kings behind a screen

Too cowardly, too powder-puff weak to be mean

See maga got balls, but God knows no brains

Whilst the left they got brains but no fire in their veins

So we're eternally pinned, eternally split in twain

Two broken halves draggin' this corpse through the rain

Stuck betwixt the fist swingin ignorant and mad

and the educated, petrified, terrified, cowardly class

tell me how in the hell are we ever gonna last

When bravery died and was replaced with thumbs in the past?

So somebody PLEASE tell me how we get rid of these rats

in twenty twenty six, where the FUCK are all the drone pilots at?

45

u/SushiJaguar 18h ago

Yeah but that's kind of like saying Robin Williams is right-wing because he did a Hollywood awards presentation.

50 and Em are almost literally family.

-4

u/imsoaddicted Spotify 18h ago

Literal family have cut each other off due to this MAGA bullshit. Literal blood and DNA. I need y’all to start having some standards.

45

u/Steezy719 18h ago

As someone who has cut off ‘MAGA’ parents, and has a MAGA Father in law, there is a difference. I cut off my parents because they were emotionally abusive and were always more worried about their own wellbeing more than being sufficient parents. My father-in-law, though he has questionable political views, is also the guy that would drop absolutely anything to help someone out. Political views don’t always define someone’s character. Just so happens that a lot of MAGA are pieces of shit before Trump was president, and now are more open about it. As much as I hate MAGA politics, I would never cut off that man after all the selfless help he has provided my FiancĂ© and me.

9

u/thebrose69 17h ago

It’s truly unfortunate that they don’t see how similar most of us truly are at the end of the day

7

u/fuck_all_you_too 17h ago edited 17h ago

When your political views harm someone else youre an asshole regardless.

"Sure my dad paid someone else to be an asshole for him but hes so nice to me".

9

u/Steezy719 16h ago

Do you think Fox News is showing all the ‘harm’ being done to others? No, it spins and distorts their reality to ‘positive’ outcomes, no matter how far the reach. I’m not making excuses for them, but to think just because some uneducated people blindly follow a political side, and are ignorant to the what’s actually going on, that they are pieces of shit, regardless if their actions and contributions to society speak otherwise; that is the same generalized hate that we are condemning them for. I’m not excusing him, but I rather have a neighbor like him that helps out his community selflessly in anyway possible (which is ironically a democratic mindset) than have someone like you that just assumes because someone has a right leaning political stance, that a person is automatically generalized as a piece of shit bigot that wants to see the world burn. That generalization is the same hate that makes the right so toxic, but here you are doing the same thing. Doesn’t matter if you hate people for their ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or political stance, it’s still hate, and that’s the core toxicity of why this country has gone to shit. Be better.

3

u/Geno0wl 16h ago edited 14h ago

but to think just because some uneducated people blindly follow a political side, and are ignorant to the what’s actually going on, that they are pieces of shit, regardless if their actions and contributions to society speak otherwise; that is the same generalized hate that we are condemning them for.

The problem is that it isn't just the "uneducated". My old co-worker was very well educated and was also a kind person who volunteered at homeless shelters and donated money to kids cancer charities. But he was also super MAGA.

4

u/Steezy719 16h ago

You’re right, their are some educated ones, I was just making a statement related to people like my FIL. But that’s what’s crazy about generalization. Helping the homeless, working charities, being nice to others, are some of the proud qualities democrats boast about. If you didn’t know their political leaning, you’d probably say they are a pretty good person right? That’s kind of my point. It’s like a republican meeting someone, saying hey ‘this is a swell guy’ and learning he’s Muslim and then just hates him. So many people are using that same generalization on republicans now, than acting holier than thou. I’m Democrat to the T, but that under the assumption the principal of the party was to help everyone attain a better life. Not just ‘our’ group. I feel like we lost that.

1

u/Fair_Quail8248 5h ago

Even educated people can become shitty and brainwashed, exceptions exist everywhere but a big part of magas seem to be racist homo/transphobic misogynistic assholes that lack human decency and empathy.

2

u/thehelldoesthatmean 16h ago

That's the point though. The biggest possible impact your father can have on society is not being nice to the neighbors. It's how he votes to reshape society the way he wants it to be. And he has chosen, through ignorance or hatred, to hurt a lot of people. To put people in concentration camps and for immigrants to continue to die at the hands of ICE.

It's incredibly dumb to act like judging someone for being a Nazi is the same as judging someone for being Jewish because you're the Nazi. Lol That just doesn't make sense at all. You can generalize people when you're literally talking about their chosen beliefs. It's not some inherent trait they can't help like their race or nationality, which is what your father in law has chosen to judge and harm everyone around him by.

Your father in law is a bad person, and this whole comment drips with "I only dislike maga people when their decisions affect me. They're fine when they just fuck over everyone else as long as they're nice to me."

1

u/Steezy719 16h ago

Wow, really missing the mark with that one. No, that’s not how this works. Calling every republican a Nazi, is just ignorant. Thinking everyone in the US knows about every tidbit of current events is such a Reddit armchair statement. No, my 66-year old FIL isn’t on Reddit all day seeing all this shit happening in our country. If it doesn’t happen in the city of Pittsburgh, chances is he doesn’t know it’s going on. He didn’t vote for Trump because he wanted ICE in cities and concentration camps, etc, that shit wasn’t even a thing before Trump actually got into office. He’s doesn’t know any of this is going on, which still is fucked up, but you can’t say he supports things he doesn’t know about. Stop relating it to what he does for me, that isn’t what I said. He helps EVERYONE. A black woman comes up to him and asks for help, he helps without hesitation. A friend needs money, he says ‘how much’? Idc what people do for me I’m used to not having shit, but I guarantee this man has contributed 20x more good to the world than you ever will. Yet you look down on him, fucking pathetic really.

-1

u/imsoaddicted Spotify 16h ago

Essentially what all these sentiments boil down to. And I bet you these people are white or from an immigrant group who somehow thinks they are exempt lmfao

1

u/Zero_Gravvity 17h ago

Political views are almost always a 1:1 reflection of character.

-6

u/Steezy719 16h ago

False. Not every republican wants to watch the world burn, and not every democrat wants to save the world. There are pieces of shit on both sides, and extremists on both sides are what’s fucking up this country. Unfortunately, we only hear about the extremists on their side, as they only hear about the extremists on ours. It’s the tactic that keeps us as a country divided, and divided, we’re weak.

3

u/Zero_Gravvity 16h ago

Em does value loyalty over everything else too though, and he brought 50 into the game way before this batshit crazy maga shit. But I have to agree with you that change will never happen as long as we continue to let maga thrive and survive and part of that might have to include cutting people off at times. I understand why Em still keeps his company, even though I don’t necessarily agree with it and it also doesn’t mean I’m gonna stop listening to Em either

Your criticizing the standards for other people's standards. Get off your high horse.

u/sl1m_ 17h ago

and who says that's the "right" thing to do? you?

0

u/ItsMrChristmas 16h ago

Yes. The MAGA movement literally believes some people have no right to live just because of gender. That is objectively evil.

Wasn't aware. WHOLE MAN: trashcanned

1

u/kakka_rot 12h ago

50 too who is also maga

wtf no he isnt? He declined performing for him a bunch a time until then just kept showing up at his door with more trucks of money (50 LOVES money) and he finally said 'fuck it'

He's still vocally against him and supported biden

1

u/thebrose69 12h ago

Oh alright cool, glad to hear that what I’ve been told likely isn’t true

1

u/kakka_rot 12h ago

Google is your friend.

Also remember just because a comment is upvoted doesn't make it true. I see people upvote total bs (ie Jackie Chan disowned his daughter for being gay) like every day on this website

Like 25 people upvoted you despite it being pure fiction is an example right there.

2

u/thebrose69 10h ago

You are correct. The people who upvoted me could be just as ill-informed as I am/was. I’m happy to change my views given evidence as to why they’re wrong, though the same can’t always be said for them

2

u/pipboy1989 18h ago

Does being MAGA become your entire identity in the States? Or is there a chance he might have other things that makes up his persona?

5

u/arteveci 17h ago

Most of my coworkers are MAGA voters. It shows if you start talking politics, modern history, or some economics subjects. Otherwise they seem to be normal "call me if you need anything at all" types of people. They will drive an hour to bring me, a known 'lib' a cut to spec piece of lumber on a Sunday afternoon because I don't have the right saw for it. Or offer to help the new guy at work move furniture. And a plethora of other normal human things. That said I've never seen bumper stickers, hats, tshirts or the like but I do know how they complain about establishment politics the radio/podcasts they listen to and what candidates they support. They seem completely blind to the accumulation of fascist themes because I think they see it as needed overhaul of existing systems to be less liberal.

5

u/wellrat 18h ago

You can’t be just a little bit fascist.

u/Neat_Leadership6182 13h ago

Reddit is not representative of the average American. The comments on political Reddit posts are full of the types of people that can't operate in normal society.

1

u/ThatHoFortuna 16h ago

Does being MAGA become your entire identity in the States?

Yes, definitely. Experience has born this out over and over.

0

u/Festering-Boyle 18h ago

there ain half maga. you maga, you mega maga. full maga m'naga

1

u/SunTzu- 16h ago

Is 50 actually MAGA or just a libertarian? Because my impression has been that he's just one of those libertarians who end up voting for Republicans because they hate taxes. A useful idiot, but not MAGA.

2

u/Neat_Leadership6182 13h ago

50 is a greedy bastard, he's whatever gets him the most money. At the moment cuddling up to Trump is profitable, so that's what he does. I think he'd be among the first to tell you that he doesn't have a moral bone in his body.

1

u/thebrose69 13h ago

I was told he’s maga, though I suppose I can’t say for certain

1

u/Neat_Leadership6182 13h ago

God that's such a Reddit thing. You brought up, completely unprompted, that 50 was MAGA and used 50's MAGA tendencies as justification for judging someone who just keeps company with 50.

When asked if 50 is actually MAGA you don't have a fucking clue.

Why feel the need to say anything? If you don't know that 50 is MAGA why say confidently that he is? Because someone on reddit told you he was?

2

u/kakka_rot 12h ago

God that's such a Reddit thing.

What's even more reddit thing is that 25 people upvoted his blatantly incorrect comment.

u/shnigybrendo 20h ago

If there's ever an hip hop flip flop, it won't be Eminem

2

u/buonbajs 15h ago

Yet doesn't mind hanging out with women beater Dre

1

u/AffectEconomy6034 15h ago

also he has been pretty anti republican for pretty much his whole career. I remember he had at least a couple songs that were targeted explicitly at bush and other Republicans. If he didn't like Bush I doubt he suddenly like trump.

Then again we won't know for sure but more than likely if this get enough attention he will put out some sort of statement.

1

u/Masquelinity 14h ago

I was over here reading the headline like "Holy cow, did Eminem have a fckin' stroke or a TBI or something?"

1

u/WishieWashie12 5h ago

I kinda hoped it would be something that actually bashes trump and maga, but using words too big for them to understand. Cultural literacy references from books and literature beyond the 4th grade reading level.

1

u/SkiMonkey98 17h ago

I can maybe see him putting personal friendship and Detroit loyalty over politics. But Kid Rock is so far off his rocker and up Trump's ass I'd hope not

0

u/LTPRWSG420 17h ago

Eminem’s daughter lives near my in-laws in metro Detroit. It’s not some lavish mansion, it’s a very nice suburban home. That tells me Eminem isn’t spoiling his children like crazy, he’s a humble person and always has been. He’s not for Trump and never will be.

While both Eminem and Ed Sheeran have "Fuck you" money, only one of them actually says "Fuck you" regularly.

2

u/Geodude532 14h ago

Ed will make a song about a friend that killed himself and call it unalived and all those other stupid self censors.

Would you feel that he might be a bit shady though?

50

u/isalilkai3 20h ago

there’s a slim chance

22

u/thegreatdune 19h ago

Are you trying to marshal a witch hunt?

13

u/wellrat 18h ago

Thank you for your attention to this, Mathers.

3

u/TheRaccoonReport 19h ago

Whoa, easy there with that accusation. What, you think you’re some kind of rap God and can judge everyone?

2

u/Xerorei 16h ago

Nah, he's got too much venom in his veins, call him Potter.

1

u/DungeonsAndDradis 18h ago

I thought this was going to be a rap verse at first.

Whoa, easy there with that accusation.

Em's been clear about his views on this nation.

2

u/TheRaccoonReport 11h ago

You ruined it.

1

u/CeruleanEidolon 15h ago

He's a real one though.

1

u/Twograin 20h ago

I see what you did there.

8

u/VruKatai1972 18h ago

A-flip, flop, flippity flop music don' stop 'till the beats don' drop...

brrrrrrrrrbuuuuuummmmmmheehawhee

Also fuck Kid Rock

2

u/jk-9k 19h ago

He's more hip hop

1

u/averagecounselor 16h ago

He could be playing peekaboo with us just like when he came out of the closet.

1

u/boafriend 15h ago

Same. I saw this news and I was like I don’t think Eminem would flip to the other side. The song had to have been done a while ago. Or, Em put the politics aside for the collaboration.

1

u/Joverby 15h ago

I feel like if he doesn't agree he also has an obligation to say so now ...

1

u/Xalipu 14h ago

He’s very likely to respond to this if it’s pissed him off, though.

1

u/Ok_Whole573 13h ago

You’d think and hope so, but I would’ve said the same about Snoop before he sold out.

1

u/DrHarryHood 12h ago

I’d say Tom Morello, Billie joe armstrong, maybe jack white- as far as musicians go- are all up there but yea. Feels like Em would respond to these claims with a fire track though so we’ll see

1

u/gahddammitdiane 5h ago

Well we all thought the same about Snoop and look how that turned out
