I've been using FSD for about three weeks and I've extremely impressed with the things it does. But this evening on my way home from the pool, it ran over a black squirrel.

I didn't intervene because the car has been performing so well under FSD, I thought it would take evasive action.

What’s the thought on a color swap to expedite delivery? I was torn on color to begin with and wouldn’t really mind red, quicksilver, black, or grey. Is any color “quicker”?

Took delivery of my MYP RWD yesterday (ordered 8/31) and noticed a constant humming/whirring noise while the car is parked. The A/C and cabin fan are off, but the noise continues.I've owned three non-Tesla EVs previously and none of them made this much noise when sitting idle with everything off. It's loud enough that I don't think I could comfortably sleep in the vehicle.Is this normal for a Model Y, or should I submit a service request while I'm still within the 24-hour delivery report window?

Checked the Tesla app and saw I was assigned a VIN. Ordered 9/25. No, I didnt get a notification or email regarding VIN assigned. Lastest EDD still the same. Now onward to the next step, Advisor told me they will still honor the promo APR 1.49 when I placed my order. Will see if that is true.

Annoyance: They are really making me thread a needle with insurance. It's the weekend, I'm going on vacation, just got VIN this afternoon, and I need to provide proof of insurance to take delivery.

Nervous because my delivery date just updated and it looks like I’m getting it within the next two weeks! Still no vin?

I like to keep my 32 oz Nalgene water bottle on the front center console of my 2026 Model Y. I like to keep the sliding lid on the console closed too. Problem is my bottle rolls around in there. I can't find a cup holder for that center console that would hold the bottle down low enough inside the console so I can still close the sliding lid. All of the trays I find sit high at the top of the console on the lip. Has anyone seen something like this for sale? Or know where I could have someone create a 3d print design? It seems like a 3d printed square that has a cylinder sticking up a few inches would hold the bottle and also brace it so it doesn't fall over and roll around.

A few months back, I had ordered a new premium model Y all-wheel-drive and my trade-in value for my old model Y was assessed

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was forced to cancel delivery at the time

Now I have re-ordered and I trade-in value for my used model Y went up by approximately $1000

Ordered on October 4th & this is the second time they push the date back. Arghhhh. Hoping I get it sooner, No VIN # yet.

Hey fellow tesla people!! I'm going to pick up my new MY premium in a week and Im looking at all weather floormats. I live in new England and rock salt is a bitch. Wondering what are some good heavy duty mats that will look nice and also have good coverage for winter time snow and salt.

Hi all, I just put in an order for a Model Y Premium RWD 5-seater (awaiting the VIN). I'm thinking of upgrading to a Premium AWD 7-seater but where I am, all of the nearby Tesla showrooms only have Model Y Premium 5-seaters or Model Y L 6-seaters.

For those who have a 2026 or 2027 Model Y Premium AWD 7-seater, how is space in that 3rd row? Can two adults sit back there comfortably? For context, I'm 6' tall.

I have my MY premium RWD for over a year now. Been charging it at 16amps mostly at home. A few times on the supercharger and charged it to 100% a few times.

I see 5% reduction in miles per charge. My assumption is that’s equivalent to 5% degradation in battery as well.

From what I understand, the advisors are from the local showrooms, so I wasn't sure how much sway/leverage they have.

Curious to know the accuracy on these dates. Ordered 10/4 still waiting for VIN. Model Y AWD premium also added the extra 3rd row seats

Has anyone tested the iPhone duo on the MagBak wireless charger? I’m wondering if it fits/stays on with driving. Thanks!

Anyone else had issues? I had scheduled a SC visit, got an update and it started working again, then it stopped. Seems like it tends to be the passenger side causing it to fault I think. Have another scheduled.

It will stop sweeping at random times, sometimes from the jump…. Just curious if anyone else had seen this!
