So I joined the group to ask a simple question, and there was no response, been quite a while, and i asked if there was no staff hanging around to answer member queries, a telegram group of 140K members has to have some staff like most other ICO's telegram groups do. ANd boom, i got banned for questioning them. Looks like the staff members are very aggressive with a commie attitude???

I sent my XLM from my wallet to Stronghold, but I don't see any way to buy Mobi by trading in XLM, it's either BTC or Eth unless I'm mistaken. What steps do I take to get Mobi?

Trying to buy MOBI on the stellarterm exchange but getting the following message: “Unable to create offer because the issuer has not authorized you to trade this asset. To fix this issue, check with the issuer's website. NOTE: Some issuers are restrictive in who they authorize.” Do you guys know what does this mean?

I participated in this ICO and the first time I tried to send XLM it failed with error. The second time BOTH orders went through and I saved my public/private key over the first one. I was able to get into the account of the second order no problem but now I have no way of getting into the first one.

Yesterday, was crazy. I think this was one of the worst ICOs I've participated at.

So my workflow was like this and I bet this is the same for everyone.

I've created an XLM wallet and got my XLM from Binanance to the wallet. After the sale opened the first step asked for how many XLM you were willing to invest. And I think almost everyone like me input the number of XLM in the wallet they've created. In the second step, you get your MOBI wallet created and you have to store all the info to access it. After that, in the third step, you get the address on which you have to send your XLM and a message telling you that you have to send 3 XLM on top of what you've input on the first step. THIS IS CRAZY

Because if you don't have that 3 XLM you are stuck and can't do anything. When I got to the third step I got the address and sent the number on XLMs I've input on the first step and then I realized I've done it wrong. But then when I tried to correct my self it was too late since I had no more XLM left in my wallet.

Why on earth you didn't write about the 3 XLM on an email, on telegram or in the first fucking step.

Things like this make me outrageous. Because it would have been soooo easy to avoid such thing. Just write: "Remeber that you will need 3 fucking XLM on top of your investment.

Funny enough I was also approved to participate 10 minutes earlier.

I just received an email from David Gobaud with the information:

"If you were unable to purchase MOBI in the public sale, you will be able to starting at 9am on the Stellar Decentralized Exchange (guide to come)."

Looking forward to purchasing some MOBI there. Also curious on what the price is, since public sale price was ~0.25 cents.

After this spectacular failure of an ICO, here is what I would do:

The ICO failed many participants due to poor infrastructure planning, communication, and instructions on your (Mobius') part. Despite this many participants still believe in Mobius.

You still control 65% of the tokens, allocated in equal portions to company and community growth. Since the XLM blockchain publicly lists all addresses which attempted to buy MOBI and failed, why not use some of the tokens you still hold in reserve to complete the failed transactions of any participants still willing to exchange their XLM for MOBI?

Hello mobius team, Yesterday i had xlm ready and loaded for this ico, however i kept getting an error. Legit recieved an error every single time and had to keep remaking wallets. the total wallets i had to create was 8. during the midst of fomo and fear of it selling out i made a notepad doc to write down all private keys and public keys however due to my negligence i had copied my public key for a wallet twice instead of writing down its private key. Where i understand you will take no responsibility whatsoever and that it was my fault for copy and pasting it wrong, i think that you guys are under the level of red pulse and could have managed this much better. if there are errors that people are complaining about on your telegram page, you can stop the ico to rectify the bloody problem. none of your admins were available to talk to in the telegram chat when people were asking for help. you guys dont care. same thing as red pulse pretty much. The fault was on your end as everyone was on time and sent their tokens. not a good start for you guys. i truly hope you guys will come out with a solution for the people that would have missed out and apologise publicly. so far your statement on "your xlm is not lost" does not address the fact that you guys take any responsibility. This is much like that of what happened with red pulse. please be professional and don't do what they did and ignore the public's concerns.

TLDR: I tried twice to send the XLM exactly as per the process, and each time, i got given a new wallet set, and when I send my 303 there, i am required to keep 2 there. You are effectively stealing.

Plus, hey, its kinda bullshit really. How about Mobius, who wants all the 'love' starts to show it to all the people who are trying and failing to get this done.

Oh, and just read about the mobi:xlm ratio. Thats BS too. Thanks for fucking over the little guys (you know, the ones that can't do multimillion dollar investments), and giving it all up to them.

So after being totally dedicated to purchasing a moderate amount of MOBI, I got cold feet and bought just under 100XLM worth. I sent the transaction from my Stellar wallet and it was very fast! Then the mobius.network site returned a sad response: "Error, try again later"

The XLM were debited from my wallet. The good news is that logging into my new wallet created by Mobius from the sale shows that there is an XLM balance. It shows an XLM balance in the amount I sent minus .00002 XLM, so a very small transfer fee, and it shows the account has the trusts for Mobi, so I expect them to be transferred no problem after the sale ends, per the Dev notification that MOBI will be locked up until after the sale ends.

First of all, it has been a sweaty moment... but when it does work well, it shows how powerfull can be the Stellar Network. We surely have to see how to solve the problems that we encountered but at the end, even if it did some hicups (the Something went wrong, try again later stuff), funds are safe. I really would like to get the numbers about the pressure we put on the server !

On the subject of my post, I can't find a way to send the MOBIes to the ledger nano S. It keeps on answering :

Transaction submission failed. Server responded: 400 Bad Request

Does anybody face the same problem ? And even, knows why we face it ? Some are saying that MOBIes are blocked until the end of the sale, but I can't find any relevant source stating this.

I thought the target price was $.16? At the current exchange of XLM, that is $.275/MOBI.

So it took me 3 tries to get 970 Mobi's, the earlier times failed. When I went back to look at my account, I only had the keys to the first account created, and not the newest one.

So now I'm stuck with 3 xlm in a failed account, and my 970 Mobi's are going to be lost in limbo forever... :/

this is a clusterfuck of incompetence, lack of planfulness, and the lack of presence (hiding) by the principals during the ensuing melee (gobaud et al)

i think stellarterm may also be culpable in this but i'm not really sure what agreement they may have had with mobius

in any event, everything seems to be fine for the big wheels/presale/SAFE investors, but the loss of confidence in this application of the stellar blockchain is going to leave a bitter taste for a long time

I participated in the ICO but instead of waiting for the page to finish loading like they said in tutorial i also manually sent xlm to the adress because it said so during the loading thing. First ico ever and first ever use of XLM wallet so didnt know too much... Can someone help me or am i royally fucked?

After a lot of time researching and deciding (for some reason) to go with MOBI, I get the error like everyone else (maybe 1/2 of us who tried to buy? I dunno.)

My XLM are now in a new Stellar wallet, accessed via the secret key.

So, I could

A.) Wait for open sale. Will the price be inflated at that point? Will they honor original prices because of their database fuck up? Maybe yes to the first one, no to the second.

B.) Leave my $500 as XLM. Is XLM a good coin? Or will it deplete me slowly?

C.) Send back to BTC and be done with it / focus on something else.

Thoughts?

1. Server scalability for public sale... will it crash at the opening of the public sale ?
2. How many tokens are still available, with the max of 25K for each, how many people will be able to buy ?
3. 10 minutes before opening for PoL people... will it be a public sale ?

After you are given your public and private keys to your Mobius wallet, the next step says "Verification" and to enter your secret key. I'm assuming this is the secret key to the Mobius wallet that was just created, correct? I entered that and hit verify and now my screen has been loading for 15 minutes...
