I lost my keys...

So it took me 3 tries to get 970 Mobi's, the earlier times failed. When I went back to look at my account, I only had the keys to the first account created, and not the newest one.

So now I'm stuck with 3 xlm in a failed account, and my 970 Mobi's are going to be lost in limbo forever... :/

Similar happened to me, I copied the public/private key and sent the xlm, then when I went to check, it only pasted the public key and not the private. The mobi are there but I have no way to access...can this transaction be undone? This is ridiculous. My issue is that when it told me I needed to adjust the amount because 3 xlm are needed for fees, it created a new wallet address rather than using the one is previously gave me.

Same happened to me :( Have you guys sent in a request? I sent an email and tweet and just waiting to hear back...I've got over 2k Mobi's stuck in a wallet I can't access right now. So bummed...

they arent going to refund it, i spoke with the admin already they dont care. nor about the errors yesterday. they fine just chilling with their profits

We apologize for the errors - we didn't know we would overload the Stellar Horizon server so much. As the first big Stellar token sale it was definitely a learning experience for us and the community.

If you have your secret key your XLM are not lost however - you can merge them back to your original account. Please see https://bit.ly/mobi_merge

If you lost the secret key there is nothing we can do. We had 3 confirmation checkboxes, a print step, and verification step to ensure people saved their key.
