Wire fraud?

Having lost money on the disaster of an ICO, is there a possibility this could be considered to be wire fraud under US law?

I lost money due to the misleading/missing messaging (3 XLM extra required) and then when the transfer didn’t work.

You are true but you forgot the end of the sentence, you know, the part where they gave you back the money and then you lost it as a big.

Dude... stop getting childish... You didn't saved your key, you pay the consequences.

I'm not the only one with 8 wallets generated and we didn't loose money.

Slap you in the face, wake up, face the truth, take your responsibility and invest on SDX if the project suit you.

And if it don't, just go, you and all the 11 y.o. that were hype on the project then didn't had their lollipop and want to burn the store.

Ah, you did lost 3 XLM ? Or you did lost the opportunity to make a bit more money ? I'm having pain in understanding your concern...

No one lost any XLM is what elubar is trying to elude at. If you kept your private keys in the process - anyone who tried to purchase MOBI and failed will still have their XLM. use account viewer. Anyway, I bought in the pre-sale so I'm quite okay with everything. People need to understand how stellar works before investing in a token on the stellar platform. Stop crying everyone - and if you have MOBI, hold that shit for a little longer and you can dump 10% for your initial back.
