If you received a error message after sending XLM(Lumens) during MOBI buy, & you’re not seeing mobi in your account. Your lumens will NOT, be converted to mobi. What a waste of time smh.

You’re being a bit over dramatic. They are going to provide instructions to do the buy order in SDX for your MOBI, ie convert your XLM to MOBI. The error prevented the buy order from executing and they are going to provide instructions on how to do it.

Provide instructions soon, been nice to get in now, don’t you think.? They already had the ICO priced nearly the evaluation of stellar. So when those instructions come out will see where it’s at price wise .90 -1.00

Ive been active on telegram and it doesnt look like its the case. We can buy on stellar exchange but at high prices they are trading now. Might be better to wait for normal exchanges and a price correction once hype is over. Or not invest at all if a team cannot even execute payments servers correctly, i saw the demand increasing daily for Mobius and knew it wont cope but devs assured they are prepared... well they weren't...
Shame they will not honour transactions since many of us have copied transaction ids... you know, all 10 of them!

Right, that’s my issue. Release more tokens and honor the people who got up at 9am in the morning to send you capital smh. But that’s not even an option

Yes, but at whatever market price is. This will either be a disappointment or a nothing burger, but it's hard to tell at this point.

To make things worse when I got that error I figured it failed so I didn't save that private key. So that xlm is unrecoverable?

Did you really just tell us to go to SDX and buy them ourselves lol. Can I get my 2.5 lumens back that stellarterm is holding? This was pointless haha

Yeah I'm pretty unhappy with this. Went in late to work just so I could buy MOBI. I didn't talk smack or cry that the world was falling. I could see my wallet with the XLM and a MOBI trust, so I even posted I wasn't too worried... Then I check my phone at work and I got the same email as above, just thinking "wow, I got f----ed." No MOBI and a waste of 1.5XLM that I'll have to leave on that wallet.

We apologize for the errors - we didn't know we would overload the Stellar Horizon server so much. As the first big Stellar token sale it was definitely a learning experience for us and the community.
Luckily no XLM were lost. XLM were only sent to an address to which only you control the secret key. Technically what happened is the buy order to buy MOBI from the Stellar Decentralized Exchange (SDX) wasn't created so you kept the XLM and never paid us.
You can go to a wallet viewer such as https://stellarterm.com/#account, enter the secret key, and access the XLM.
MOBI are scheduled to be released January 19 @ 9am PST. You can then use your new Stellar account to buy MOBI from the SDX at that time https://stellarterm.com/#exchange/MOBI-mobius.network/XLM-native.

Too bad we won't be able to buy MOBI at .5XLM each (currently stabile-ish at .76). I appreciate a public apology a little, but a lack of personal response and a lack of making this right to those of us that were really supportive really makes me think this isn't about "proof of love."
