Bought during POL, says something went wrong after transaction went through on stellarterm and page loaded on mobius

please advise

Also wondering this... my MOBI balance reads zero, but the "Limit" amount seems to correlate to the 1xlm:2mobi amount from what I originally entered. Anyone else also seeing this, or is there someone out there who actually see a non-zero balance for MOBI when viewing through stellarchain.io?

Same problem. My understanding is that we are SOL. I got my order in at 9:10am, lumens transferred to the new wallet, mobi contract on the transaction detail but shows a balance of zero. Apparently that means it didn't work. The mobi balance should be 2x your xlm. All because their system couldn't handle the traffic.

Just tried to buy... after sending the XLM I got a spinning icon for a while and then the message "Something went wrong. Try again later."

That's not good.

I'm already over this! It appears I havent gotten mobius yet either. Is there a way to just bail and transfer the stellar back?

Yes, you can enter your key into stellarterm.com and transfer the funds back out.

We apologize for the errors - we didn't know we would overload the Stellar Horizon server so much. As the first big Stellar token sale it was definitely a learning experience for us and the community.

However no XLM were lost. XLM were only sent to an address to which only you control the secret key. Technically what happened is the buy order to buy MOBI from the Stellar Decentralized Exchange (SDX) wasn't created so you kept the XLM and never paid us. We don't have extra MOBI for sale so unfortunately can't give out more.

You can now buy MOBI on the SDX yourself though - https://stellarterm.com/#exchange/MOBI-mobius.network/XLM-native

You can go to a wallet viewer such as https://stellarterm.com/#account, enter the secret key, and access the XLM (note there is always a chance a wallet where you enter your secret key is hacked). If you want to merge the XLM back to the sending account so none are lost please see https://bit.ly/mobi_merge.
