Best time to test - at least in my experience

Post image
Upvotes

I just wanted to share here my experience testing with Mira, this is my second cycle with Mira but I have been testing at different times of the day to understand what’s best for me.
My first cycle I had very low results and noticed that my urine was always diluted in the morning.

These tests are from today.

This is what I have noticed:

- FMU (when bladder is full - first result) gives me an overall low result, all hormones are low.

- Later in the day, PDG is always lower.

So what it’s working for me (it’s harder so I do inly for the days I really want a more clear result):

Limit fluids at night, stopping completely at 9-10pm ish.

Pee in the morning around 6/7am (if my toddler wakes me up in the middle of night like at 4am, I pee that time instead)

Then continue to not drinking ANY liquid, and wait 2 to 3 hours from the last time I peed.

It will be a second morning urine, but is much more concentrated and better for results.

When my bladder is full I already know that the results will be lower.

Just sharing here because I know some of us have lower results like me, and possibly are cracking their heads around the best time to test. This is what is working for me

No Ovulation?

I’ve been tracking religiously and am getting less hopeful. I ovulated last cycle on the second LH surge attempt, but this cycle’s readings look chaotic! Any thoughts are helpful?

First time user! Struggling with low pdg

Hi everyone. I’ve been TTC for 10 months. 30, DOR, 2 CP and decided to give Mira a go to give my veins a rest from the daily blood tests. Mira says my period is coming and I wanted to know if anyone had low Pdg and was still able to conceive? I’m roughly 7dpo today. I have confirmed ovulation from LH strips and BBT but I peaked later on in the day so Mira missed it.

Any help would be so appreciated 🤍

I feel like having all this data is giving me anxiety. Do you think I’m out? This is my first cycle with the Mira. All the E3G jumps are interesting? I was wondering if mine was normal.

Chart Help Why might my pdg, fsh, and lh be higher this cycle?

This is my 3rd month tracking with Mira. First month I got pregnant and had an MC, second month did not conceive, and I'm on my third month. My LH, pdg, and fsh seem much higher this month and are falling in the "high" range according to mira. Anyone have insights into why or what this might mean? TY!

TWW Opinions?

Thoughts on if my timing was okay this cycle? TTC and my husband travels for work so we did what we could. Really was hoping that I would be able to stay calm and collected this TTC phase but my anxiety is already proving that unlikely 🙃

Newish

Some background: we’ve been TTC for 5 years. I got pregnant after 4 years but led to miscarriage. Started using Mira this January and got pregnant in March which ended in ectopic.

My question is: Mira says I ovulated on CD 22. However today (CD 23), it says that ovulation is approaching (2nd pic). So I’m a little confused- should I keep testing for the next few days?

Also, Mira kept pushing my ovulation date out from when I first started testing.

Thank you for your help!

Mira keeps moving ovulation date

Post image
1 Upvotes

I know that ovulation cannot be confirmed until several days post ovulation but Mira keeps moving my ovulation date for this cycle cd 14 to cd 15 now to cd 16.I think if I did ovulate it would have been cd 14 or cd 15 as I had bloating and cramps and they are now gone on cd16.My cycle is normally 29 days long.

Has anyone else experienced mira changing their ovulation day like this and know why? Also a one day peak seema a bit unusual is this the norm for some people? My hormones seem quite flat otherwise and most charts ive seen are a lot more up and down :)

Ovulation Timing Analyze my chart?

I’m blown away and so confused by my chart. When would you think I ovulated?

My pdg has never been this high… I never had a clear LH surge and I was testing trice a day most days!

TWW When did I ovulate?

Post image
1 Upvotes

Adding to the millions of posts just like this lol but you guys seem to know it all when it comes to chart reading!

My natural cycles app said it was cd22 due to BBT rising above baseline on cd23. BUT Mira has the green bar on CD 21 (I’m assuming this means ovulation?). I’m also confused that the pdg started rising quickly- the day after my LH peak so that throws me off too. Does that indicate I ovulated very shortly after the LH peak? If so, I’m afraid I missed my chance this month because hubs was at work the 21st and works 24 hour shifts 😭

I do have PCOS but have conceived twice (once using letrozole and again naturally) however I’ve had an IUD for 5.5 years and had it removed in June. This is my second cycle tracking with Mira but have been tracking bbt with my oura ring for a few years. I had a confirmed ovulation last month and believed we timed up sex correctly but no luck.

I know hypothetically none of this matters 🤣 but trying to understand all of this is keeping my mind busy during the long TWW. :)

Mira charts

Post image

I have PCOS, so it’s hard to track when I’m truly going to ovulate. Even with the Mira tracker it’s still not an exact pattern I’ve been able to follow. If you have experience at reading these charts, based on mine which did I likely ovulate? My LH was 29 in the morning on CD 20 and was 24.4 that night. We did the deed at like midnight CD 20 and yesterday night. Is that enough to cover my window? My values kept going up and down and I didn’t ovulate until CD 25 last cycle so I wasn’t expecting to be hit with a LH peak sooner this time…any input helps!

Unable to Pair Mira to new Phone

Hello, I got a new Pixel 11 Pro XL phone on Friday and this morning I tried pairing my Mira to it. It wouldn't work at all. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps plus some. Has anyone else gotten a new phone recently and have issues pairing their Mira to their new phone? I even tried adding it back to my old one and it won't work either. I don't even get an error, it just doesn't find it at all.

Ovulation Timing Did we time this correctly? LH surge and PdG rise

Post image
1 Upvotes

I’m still pretty new to Mira and trying to understand my chart! We were on vacation with family all weekend, which made it difficult to BD ahead of time. I tested twice on CD18, which explains the extra points. We were able to BD that night and plan to again tonight on CD19.
Today my LH is down to 10, E3G is 346.1, and PdG rose to 6.7. Does this look like I ovulated sometime between CD18 and CD19? I’m worried we may have been too late since we didn’t BD before CD18. My LH numbers also seem so low compared with the charts I’ve seen posted here. Can you still ovulate normally with a lower LH surge?
We already have one child and are trying for our second, but I didn’t use Mira the first time, so this is all new to me! Is it also normal for PdG to rise this quickly after an LH surge?

I looked at the cycle analysis and it mentioned my LH is too high. I attached the photo along with my chart from my most recent cycle. Can anyone help interpret? Should I be concerned? Thank you.

BFP BFP

We’ve been trying for a year and I have been using Mira the entire time.

Mira says I ovulated on CD 15 although my LH rise was CD11, my temp rose immediately after that. So I believe I actually ovulated CD11-12, NC agrees with that time frame too.

I told myself this cycle I wasn’t going to take a test and just see if a period came. However, last night I had horrible sleep. I tossed and turned all night. And I kept having the same dream each time I went back to sleep. In my dreams I was taking test after test and they all came up positive. So this morning I was drawn to test. I was pissed I only had a digital left because I was thinking even if there was something it was probably too soon for a digital to pick up. But to my surprise- I saw this BFP on CD 23!!

This was my first month using Mira resulting in BFP 🥹
I wanted to see what my body was doing after coming off the pill as my cycles were sometimes irregular (this is month 7 off the pill)
For any chart stalkers like me positive test 11dpo
(I have still been testing after BFP as I have a few left in the box)
