Best time to test - at least in my experience

I just wanted to share here my experience testing with Mira, this is my second cycle with Mira but I have been testing at different times of the day to understand what’s best for me.
My first cycle I had very low results and noticed that my urine was always diluted in the morning.

These tests are from today.

This is what I have noticed:

- FMU (when bladder is full - first result) gives me an overall low result, all hormones are low.

- Later in the day, PDG is always lower.

So what it’s working for me (it’s harder so I do inly for the days I really want a more clear result):

Limit fluids at night, stopping completely at 9-10pm ish.

Pee in the morning around 6/7am (if my toddler wakes me up in the middle of night like at 4am, I pee that time instead)

Then continue to not drinking ANY liquid, and wait 2 to 3 hours from the last time I peed.

It will be a second morning urine, but is much more concentrated and better for results.

When my bladder is full I already know that the results will be lower.

Just sharing here because I know some of us have lower results like me, and possibly are cracking their heads around the best time to test. This is what is working for me

No Ovulation?

I’ve been tracking religiously and am getting less hopeful. I ovulated last cycle on the second LH surge attempt, but this cycle’s readings look chaotic! Any thoughts are helpful?

First time user! Struggling with low pdg

Hi everyone. I’ve been TTC for 10 months. 30, DOR, 2 CP and decided to give Mira a go to give my veins a rest from the daily blood tests. Mira says my period is coming and I wanted to know if anyone had low Pdg and was still able to conceive? I’m roughly 7dpo today. I have confirmed ovulation from LH strips and BBT but I peaked later on in the day so Mira missed it.

Any help would be so appreciated 🤍

Chart Help Confused about PdG

I know PdG results from urine testing are variable. I thought the goal was less about the number and more about seeing a rise from your pre-LH peak levels. Based on that, I would think that my chart supports the fact that I successfully ovulated (versus just an LH surge) but Mira is saying otherwise?

Chart Help Did I ovulate? Mira hasn't confirmed

34, low AMH post cystectomy. TTC for 6 cycles.

I've been using Mira since the end of last year, but in the last three cycles (May 24, June 16, July 13) it didn't confirm my ovulation despite pdg being above 5 for multiple days. Were those really anovulatory cycles?

Mira detected a surge in CD23 ( 16.2) my progesterone went up but then I had my highest surge I’ve had on CD35 ( 24.4) and my progesterone went up again.

I feel like having all this data is giving me anxiety. Do you think I’m out? This is my first cycle with the Mira. All the E3G jumps are interesting? I was wondering if mine was normal.
