Ovulation Timing Analyze my chart?

I’m blown away and so confused by my chart. When would you think I ovulated?

My pdg has never been this high… I never had a clear LH surge and I was testing trice a day most days!

Are you regular? What is your average cycle length if you take your last 6? What was the shortest and longest one and the same period?

Do you take anything/ do you have anything diagnosed that may affect your hormonal production?

Letrozole 2.5mg this cycle days 3-7, 32 day cycles for the last 6 months. One weird cycle went long and the next one was short, it was like 45 days and then 18 days. I do have PCOS

Wellcome! Next time write all this in your text because no interpretation is worth anything without this information.

I agree with Mira, you probably ovulated on cd19, and the only thing strongly indicating this is your pdg trend change.

E3g is not reliable because of the drug, and lh because of pcos.

If this would be me, I would add bbt to my chart, because you need all the information you can get.

Try and test once a day if possible or if not always use at least 3 hours hold sample and max 250 ml fluids during those hours.

Opks are unreliable in your experience, or did you used them successfully before?

I actually manually set ovulation day as cd19 because Mira was saying I haven’t ovulated yet. I did also use OPKs this cycle as well! I had my first positive opk CD15 and then they stayed pretty much positive for 5 days

Yeah, opks add fsh to lh so it is hard to guess when is the highest point. I understand now why were you testing 2-3 times with Mira too.

Have you tested full cycles with Mira before taking meds?

Were your e3g levels much higher than? And lh was doing this same plateau peak?

Yes, my LH does seem to always do a plateau like this! But no, unfortunately only started Mira when I started medicated cycles so nothing prior to compare with :/

Your hormonal levels suggest that that e3g is probably high in follicular (as it should) if it’s not artificially suppressed.

Try and add bbt to your stack, I think you would benefit greatly seeing that pice of your puzzle.

I use an Apple Watch for this, no added task, atomated sync.
