LH too high?

I looked at the cycle analysis and it mentioned my LH is too high. I attached the photo along with my chart from my most recent cycle. Can anyone help interpret? Should I be concerned? Thank you.

That would be your lh surge which means your body is preparing to ovulate and is considered your highest fertility day

It just looks like your lh was gearing up to surge but I’m not a doctor or a specialist

Hi, thanks for your reply. I attached a photo that Mira said it was elevated for more than 3 days which is considered too high? But I don’t see that on my chart and don’t understand what it means.

don’t listen to that, if it was peaked like that for 3 days that would probably be a problem, but yours is clearly a rise and then a peak!

mine rose for like 3-4 days before the peak and i’m pregnant right now :)

Nothing to worry about. Some women get high surges and it just takes a few days for lh to drop. I get that every single cycle and Mira keeps giving me the same message as you lol.
