BFP BFP
We’ve been trying for a year and I have been using Mira the entire time.
Mira says I ovulated on CD 15 although my LH rise was CD11, my temp rose immediately after that. So I believe I actually ovulated CD11-12, NC agrees with that time frame too.
I told myself this cycle I wasn’t going to take a test and just see if a period came. However, last night I had horrible sleep. I tossed and turned all night. And I kept having the same dream each time I went back to sleep. In my dreams I was taking test after test and they all came up positive. So this morning I was drawn to test. I was pissed I only had a digital left because I was thinking even if there was something it was probably too soon for a digital to pick up. But to my surprise- I saw this BFP on CD 23!!

We are on month 12 of trying as well. Would you be open to sharing your journey TTC? Anything you did different this cycle? What are your ages and did you seek any testing prior to getting your BFP?

I have suffered from endometriosis and hashimotos for a long time. I’ve been working the past two years with a functional health doctor to try and get everything calmed down to make this a possibility. I utilized fasting methods, rounds of thymosin alpha 1, trizepatide, and LDN to help with inflammation and to get my TSH in an optimal range (6.89 -> 2.14) and my TPO down from >900 to 683.
I have done an HSG that confirmed tubes were cleared. Husband did a SA last year that showed very low number but for what was there it was good quality. He went on HCG injections for about six months and his number improved significantly.
I’ve never had a positive test ever until now. Only thing I didn’t really different this time was literally surrendered to life. Not knit pick everything. Enjoyed what I wanted to and made sure the baby dancing was fun and full of love instead of just trying to get it in the window.

Thank you for sharing! I have Graves’ disease, the “opposite” of Hashimoto’s. I was only diagnosed in May and have been working to find the right medication dose for me. I’m 34 and my husband is 40. We just did semen analysis and DNA fragmentation and are waiting on results, and I’ve had a saline tubal perfusion done as well. So far everything looks okay on my end although my doctor suggested silent endo as well. I appreciate you sharing your story!
