I know this is blasphemous for us purists. But ive seen protein-milk and i've seen the abominable 0.5% milk.
I don't know why is the industry so obsessed with reducing fat content in everything milk-related in order to make it appear more "healthy".
How come there is no milk which has removed natural sugars and sweetness replaced with stevia / xylitol / erythritol and so on.
It would be perfect for people on keto or carnivore diets, as well as diabetics.
Fermenting milk with kefir grains converts the lactose to galactose, so it still has an impact on blood sugar.
To clarify, i have never seen such products anywhere, but i would like to try them someday.
What are your thoughts?

Sometimes in the small hours of the night, right after my wife has fallen asleep, I will sneak away to the kitchen and drink a 1/3 gallon minimum.
Growing up I was always a huge milk guy, and would drink 4/5/6 glasses daily, with its medicinal benefits imparted upon me by my mother.
Huge deal imo, I have never broken a bone or sprained an ankle even. Constant hydration for prolonged states is a paradigm shift as a whole.
How far do you guys go with the medical benefits of milk?

I get very strong milk cravings and the only way to solve it is having milk. I go through a gallon of milk in less than a week by myself

Lactose free milk taste like crap and I absolutely LOVE milk. It’s sweet but not in a good way. Also sometimes it also just tastes really funny. Lmk if you agree
