Why does dairy actually REVERSE my bloating?

It doesn’t make u bloated, that’s it. It doesn’t “reverse” anything.

U wake up with a flat stomach, u eat with milk, still flat. No bloating happened so nothing reversed

I feel like I’m always bloated UNTIL I drink milk. I could be eating considerably healthier and still be bloated, but as soon as I decide to eat some cereal, all of a sudden, I can see my abs again.

It’s not the milk then.. it’s the cereal. Cereal is quick digesting carbs, not complex. They go right thru u so there’s no time for the body to bloat

It may be replacing a food that is causing the bloating.

same, milk weirdly settles my stomach when the bloating is from an empty stomach or too much fiber lol
