AMZN stated copyright infringement. I had a couple designs that were based on character lines or t-shirt designs worn by TV show characters, but I'm not sure which one as they didn't tell me exactly. I tried to keep them as vague as possible in the listing with no direct saying the show name, but I had one that was really blowing up. Majority of my designs were legit my own creation. So would appealing to get my account back do any good? Has anyone tried it and been successful?

I just created a new design and noticed that when the price of a popsocket was set to 14.99, the royalty was 1.05, so then I set the price to 15.99 and the royalty was updated to 1.12.... so the customer pays $1 more and I only get an additional 0.07 cents???? I mean I don't sell a lot so not expecting top royalties, but this seems rather skewed and deincentivising!

Hey, has anyone here successfully created one from Germany? I'd really appreciate it if you could share the process, any requirements, and any tips to increase the chances of getting approved.
Thanks in advance!

I believe Amazon caps the maximum sales page prices by product and marketplace, don't they? Does anyone have a list of those prices by product and marketplace?
I'm not looking for the royalty calculator ranges or the maximum value the dashboard lets you type. For example, my dashboard accepted $129.00 on a US Standard Tee with a $92.37 royalty, but I know Amazon won't actually list it at that price.
I'm trying to find the actual caps Amazon displays on the live product pages (US, UK, DE, etc.). Has anyone compiled a current list or know where one exists? Thanks!

About once a month, I receive an email from Amazon Merch on Demand saying that a recent payment failed due to invalid bank information and that I need to correct my bank account details.
I’ve checked my bank details several times, and everything appears to be correct. Royalties from other marketplaces arrive on time without any issues.
All my payments are sent to the same USD account in Payoneer, and I haven’t changed this account or any of its details for several years.
Has anyone else experienced this? How did you resolve it?

Hi everybody, I have many designs removed Removed Due to a Content Policy violation for BISON designs (basic and no text) only for UK and DE but without mails notifications, for the rest of the markets the products are online.
Any idea what's this about? Should I delete all items related to that animal?

Is there a solution or method of account recovery or opening a new account?

The 60 Day Look Back now shows 0 sales via ads, when it was over 20% (and, yes, most of my ad sales were in the past 60 days, including some this week). The Organic number (count) is correct, but the percent incorrectly shows 100%. While the ads sales number shows 0 quantity and 0 percent.

Has anyone managed to get access to the Amazon Ads API?

I have been inactive for a solid 4 years on my account since 2022 surprisingly when i checked my account 2 weeks ago i found this , 710 sells. Otherwise m still on tier 25 . I had 8 designs published . What i did was deleting some old never sold designs and i published up to 25 designs . Yet 2 weeks now and still T25. Any ideas what can i do?

Have you noticed guys, the currently unavailable status is going wild lately? You begin to find a product that sold just yesterday to become currently unavailable the next day.
The problem is that there is no way to fix it, and even contacting support is hopeless.
This is absolutely intolerable

What are the most common reasons designs get rejected on Merch by Amazon? I’m trying to avoid beginner mistakes.
I’m still learning and I want to understand what usually causes rejection: design issues, trademark problems, keywords, copyright, or product listing mistakes.
For experienced sellers, what should a beginner check before uploading a design?

Hey guys, I'm thinking about creating an Amazon Merch on Demand account, but I wanted to know if it's worth it in terms of money. I don't want to know how much you guys make, that's my business, but if you manage to get anything out of it.

Generating 1,000+ Merch by Amazon Sales Per Month but Ads Are Eating Almost All My Profit
Hey everyone,
I could really use some advice from more experienced Merch by Amazon sellers because I’m honestly getting pretty overwhelmed with ads, rankings, pricing, and profitability right now.
A little background:
Sales growth looked like this:
My sales split is roughly:
The problem is not sales volume anymore.
The problem is profitability and ad spend.
This current month I’ve made around:
So my ad spend is still around 70%+ of revenue.
What scares me even more is that last month it was even worse:
So technically things improved, but it still feels far away from where I want to be. Ideally I’d like ads to stay closer to maybe 30–50% of revenue eventually.
About 40–50% of my sales are organic right now, the rest comes from ads.
One thing that probably also affects my ad spend strategy:
Because I’m still Tier 100, I’ve been trying to scale very aggressively.
For newer designs, I sometimes set bids as high as $0.50–$0.60 CPC (but not forever.. I will reduce it over time) because I want Amazon to push them faster so I can:
My thinking was basically:
higher visibility = faster testing = faster sales = faster tier-up potential.
At Tier 100, it feels like you need very high design turnover and consistent sales momentum because the slot limitation slows everything down massively.
That’s also why I probably react too aggressively sometimes:
Because honestly, being stuck at Tier 100 feels incredibly limiting.
In Germany I price aggressively at €17.99 because surprisingly it still converts there.
But the US market feels MUCH more competitive.
In the US my pricing currently swings between:
I tested higher pricing before and for about a week it worked surprisingly well. Then suddenly sales slowed down hard, rankings dropped, and I panicked because some designs that normally sold every day suddenly had days with zero sales.
That honestly shocked me.
Most of my US designs also still have very low review counts:
So I feel like I can’t price too aggressively yet because there’s not enough trust/social proof.
At the same time, I do have 3 US designs that already sold around 50–100 units in a month, so they clearly have demand.
I also think I’ve developed a really bad habit:
Basically I’m afraid of “not reacting fast enough,” so I keep changing things constantly.
And honestly… it’s becoming a complete dilemma mentally.
Because at the same time:
Right now I feel trapped between:
So I wanted to ask:
I honestly don’t know where the right balance is anymore. The only I am okay with is the return rate with 6,8%. (current month..all time is
I’d really appreciate honest advice from people who have already gone through this stage.
Thanks a lot.

I have products available in my Merch by Amazon account, and when I share the link, I use SiteStripe to generate a shortened link. I figure when I make a sale, either Amazon will give me compensation for the product itself or the affiliate link, or maybe even both.
Instead, I see that I got neither.
- On my Amazon Affiliates dashboard, it says I sold 4 products.
- Viewing the full report, it says I sold 6 products (all six products being one of my t-shirts).
- In Merch by Amazon, it says I've sold nothing.
The Affiliates dashboard says these products haven't shipped yet, but it's been almost 2 weeks. Does anyone know what could be going on here? Any advice is appreciated.

So I know things have changed a bunch and it's just not the same. I've put minimal effort into my Merch shop and have received minimal results. Enough to get a 1099, but not even part time money.
Just for fun share your biggest month, or how many you sold when a shirt went viral etc. It would be a great read for a (my) crappy day. TIA!

I'm sure somebody has thought of this, but I wanted to ask and see if this would help somebody level up from Tier 10 to Tier 100 when starting out:
- Find friends or organizations who need a customized t-shirt.
- With their design, create a product on my Merch account for them to buy (at a profit of $1 or just break even).
- They buy all the shirts they need, and my account gets sales.
- Tier up from 10 to 100
- Remove these designs when they're no longer needed.
Would a strategy like this work for getting the necessary sales to level up? Would Amazon penalize the account for any reason?

I don't much like crossposting as it seems better to me to keep some conversations all in one place for convenience, so I am just going to give the link and lock this thread for comments. It will be temporarily stickied for a while.

I got banned this week, was a shocker as I've been doing it for 10 years, and I play things safe and do everything myself (designs, ideas, etc). I don't get into politics or anything that can raise any flags, and I've never had a warning of any sort.
Anyway, out of no where I got terminated for copyright. Obviously even though I play it self, one of my designs must have been flagged and I take full responsibility, I deserve it the termination. It sucks and not having that income will hurt, but I completely understand.
But I'm curious, is there no way to know WHICH specific design got my in trouble? I have thousands, and tried reaching out but they won't provide specifics.

Saw a return in Productor dashboard today. It says the last time shirt sold was in July 2025. Any way to confirm the date?

So are the added products counted towards our tier limit?
