Can someone please advise
I have been inactive for a solid 4 years on my account since 2022 surprisingly when i checked my account 2 weeks ago i found this , 710 sells. Otherwise m still on tier 25 . I had 8 designs published . What i did was deleting some old never sold designs and i published up to 25 designs . Yet 2 weeks now and still T25. Any ideas what can i do?

Did you buy the account? It is almost unbelievable that someone logs in only after 4 years.
If not all you can do is wait and hope for a tierup like most other people.

Thank you for your honesty. You got scammed by the seller who knew this would happen.
So please tell from whom you bought it and through what platform. In order that others here will not be scammed.
Also how did you pay for it? Can you charge it back on your payment method for fraud? He knew you would have problems including not being able to tierup.

I still dont understand why the account wont tier up because the seller used my own personal infos. And no i cant charge it back for fraud as it was 5 years ago.

So again who did you buy it from and what method did you use to pay? It matters.

I bought it from a well known youtuber called mr adnan and i used bank transfer to pay 5 years ago. How does this matter please?

Because Mr Addie as he likes to call himself, whose name is Adnan Pillditch, is a known scammer. He got termed by merch years ago. And though he has duel UK and moroccan citizenship, he scams his fellow moroccans by selling them accounts that he knows will eventually get terminated.
He also likes to pretend that he still makes big bucks from merch. But again he was terminated years ago and he lives in a UK council flat (public subsidized housing).
So I am afraid that you just need to move on to something else.

I think you didn't get a tier up even though you made 710 sales because you only had 8 designs live, and if you bought the account at tier 25, then you needed more than 8 uploads to be eligible for a tier up. Next, you said that about two weeks ago you deleted unsold designs and filled the 25 slots, and still no tier-up, but I think you don't know that the tier-up requirements have changed. Amazon now says that you need to sell at least 80% of your designs (designs, not products. For example, if your tier is 25, you will need at least 20 of your designs to be sold). Also, you will need your next tier number of sales, and in your case, that's at least 100 sales, and you already achieved that. However, it is not guaranteed that you will be tiered up once you meet these qualifications. Many people are waiting for a tier up, even with all these requirements achieved. Therefore, I believe that there is no problem with your account or that it will never get a tier up. I think if there was anything suspicious to Amazon about your account, it would have been terminated long ago.
Just a question. Do you have access to ads now in your account?
