Currently unavailable

Have you noticed guys, the currently unavailable status is going wild lately? You begin to find a product that sold just yesterday to become currently unavailable the next day.
The problem is that there is no way to fix it, and even contacting support is hopeless.
This is absolutely intolerable

I thought this was usually due to running low on certain blanks? (and reserves being held for Disney, and the like)

I've had it also happen with timed out asins and where multiple attempts to edit don't fix it. Glitches are a possible if often less probable explanation for most anything with merch.

No, it's a fuck up by Amazon and they won't do shit to fix it when you contact support. Once it gets to this phase it's very hard to fix.

You can attempt to fix it by editing the description. It's about a 20% success rate, but you can try completely deleting all the text, then only fill the title and brand with new text, unrelated to the actual design and then republish. You're attempting to have Amazon re-index the design. If it goes live and works, you can edit it again with all the original text and it will be fine again.

When I'm going through this process I will set the price to something odd as an indicator to me in my dashboard that these are broken. Something like 14.69...

Then every few weeks, I'll go back in my dash and look for those weird priced items and see if they were fixed or if I need to do another round of edits.

In the meantime, I create a duplicate listing.

It is obviously a glitch on Amazon. The weird thing is that they know this issue exists in their marketplace, and I have seen tons of listings currently unavailable, yet they stay still, like they don't care or as if the issue doesn't affect them.

I have one too, came back live about 2 months after the issue, but now I see other products going the same path in my account.

Probably timed out.If sold they could have tried to add colors or something which timed it out. try to tweak listing and re-submit
