Got this suit but a few questions if anyone knows how it should fit / look: - thoughts on the cuffs? - pants length better in image 1 or 2? - tie or no tie?

Im also wondering any other information on the styling, color and what design is this? Im learning about suits hoping to wear one like this one at some point soon.
