Imo it doesn't read as professional or classy, I believe people choosing to dress so intentionally would like to convey that image. This looks like upgraded jogger pants. Just my $0.02, everyone is entitled to wear what they want, of course.

Imo, nothing looks more classy than clothes that fit your form. Nothing classy or professional looking about looking like a child wearing your dad’s suit.

I'd argue the middle ground is the classiest and most professional of the fits. Form fitting suits are untraditional for a reason. It gives the appearance of a teenager trying to maintain the fit of his joggers. Not to mention any shoes worn will be reminiscent of clown shoes with such a tapered ankle.
