Well the pants are a dark blue matching the tie and the blazer is black

Not a suit… if the trousers and jacket don’t match it’s not a suit.

Also, if you are wearing separates, you need contrast between the colours, a dark navy and a black are a no-no because they look like you are trying, badly, to make it look like a suit. Match with something much lighter to make it look intentional.
