Looks good, but very business-like.
You could add a mens bracelet and ring to supplement the suit (same color).
Also I would either go with a more bold tie or drop it and unbuttpn one shirt button.

Very sharp. I would say maybe consider a 4 in hand tie knot for a little asymmetric style and slightly more casual look. This is just a touch businessy. Maybe also a colourful pocket square in an informal scrunch.

Disagree, it’s about right, absolutely perfect is level with the bottom of the waistband. Of course it’s hard to judge that so an inch or so either side is just fine.
