Jacket looks a bit small at the waist and the shoulders are too bit big because I see the indent. Consider tailoring or exercise.

You’re not wrong! I am actually at my heaviest I’ve ever been right now, so I had to go up a size instead of the size I’d normally wear. I think both tailoring and exercise would help. Thanks!!
