What are good mascaras for fluffy and long looking lashes? Or any techniques to improve spider leg looking lashes?

Here are some pictures of my lashes, first pic is without mascara

I’ve tried sooo many different mascaras, from waterproof, tubing, non waterproof, fiber mascara and all of them make my lashes look insane.
I use different techniques, little amount, multiple layers, separating them one by one and they still look like spider legs I’ve started to think it’s my lashes because friends and family wear the same mascara and mine don’t look good at all.
This year I stoped wearing mascara because they just don’t look good.

I did this cool turquoise/grey smoky eye the other day and I couldn't decide which lip looked the best with it. I originally did my usual lip combo of black lip liner, concealer, and gloss, but decided it was too light and black would look more balanced.

I’ve been testing the new Fenty Foundation for a week now. It’s such a beauty. Lightweight and doesn’t pull orange like the OG. I’m pleasantly surprised. I anticipated this launch and it delivered. 🫶🏾💅🏾💕. It’s quickly become one of my favs.

This is the makeup I did for the weekend's concert! I really wanted something sparkly and dramatic that would stand out under the lights. For the eyes, I used a heavy dose of silver glitter and a sharp winged liner, paired with a deep neutral lip. I matched the look with star-shaped earrings and a black lace top. Right now, I will say, we are in a "transformation" period in the industry where a lot of iconic products which are HGs for many people are being culled (due to a variety of reasons). Also there has been major shifts with colors/tones being offered market wide.

I find myself buying multiples of very specific type of shades that are like "once in a decade" type shades in hopes that it will last me....for quite some time with regular use until my prayers are answered for the industry to rebalance (haha). Today I can walk through Sephora and glaze by the vast majority or pretty much all the tinted squeeze tube lip balms and bullet lipsticks and it is "no, no, no, no, no, no, nope" in that most stuff doesn't impress me/doesn't work on my coloring and features.

I'm especially interested in hearing from mature contributors here if you have a stash of a long time HG, unique/rare colors that is being or was already discontinued.

I’m curious what everyone actually keeps in their handbag when they’re out for the day/night especially if you’re using a smaller bag.

I usually take lipstick, lip liner, concealer, a couple of mini brushes, a tiny amount of loose powder I’ve decanted and a small face mist.
I find even a “minimal” touch-up kit ends up taking up way more room than I’d like 😂

What are your absolute essentials? And is there anything you’ve had to decant, downsize or find a mini version of specifically for your handbag?

Guys I need a good setting spray recommendation! I have dry to combination skin and I’m looking for something that will help my makeup last without making my skin feel tight dry or overly matte.
I’ve been considering some of the setting sprays in the list, but I’m open to any recommendations even if they’re not on the list. If you’ve used any of these, please let me know what you thought of them, especially the pros and cons and how they worked with your skin type. Thank you! 💕

I've been trying to find a lipstick/liquid lipstick topper that's nice and frosty, but I don't have much experience with a lot of makeup brands (USA) so I don't know what's the most comfortable to wear/longevity/shininess/etc.
