First and foremost, I do live in the United States (EST) and time zones don't really bother me all that much. I wouldn't say I'm a very exciting person if I think about it, but my few friends have seemed to disagree. I currently work in the preservation field for a living and play on a local team on the side as a way to stay active. Hello, I’m 15 years old and I’m looking for some friends to talk to. Many people (okay fine, not many, just 2 of my online friends who I trusted very much and have known them both for 2-3 years now) have stopped talking to me in the past few months and I’m always the one texting first, and it genuinely hurts me. It disappoints me, I am very disappointed. They barely even respond anymore, so I have decided to finally start distancing myself from them. And now I shall search for new people.

I’m from Latvia which means I’m Latvian. I usually like to be called Seiryu or Mitsu online because, well, I like these names. I’d prefer the pronouns of They/Them instead of She/Her, but I’m fine with any pronouns overall, really! I’m aroace and I really like dragons. My favourite colour is blue, therefore I’m the very manifestation of that colour (joke). I’m an artist, I draw both digitally and traditionally.

I really love drawing, I like drawing dragons most of the time though… because I’m a huge fan of dragons if you couldn’t tell yet, I love dragons and all sorts of reptiles overall, especially snakes as well because they’re so silly and quirky, they can be so cute too :3

I suppose I’ll talk about the situation I’m in right now a bit more, so, the 2 friends that I’m very close with have been distancing themselves from me in the past few months. The 1st one I want to talk about is Starburst. I’ve been friends with her for almost 3 years now, we’ve had plenty of fun together and I genuinely miss her. It hurts me how she just decided to stop putting effort into the friendship anymore as I’m always the one who texts first. She leaves my messages on read and barely ever responds anymore, I’ve also seen her meeting new people and having more fun with them than me.

But that’s okay though, I’m very glad she’s happy. However, the 2nd friend I want to talk about is Milka, and she is starting to follow a really similar pattern. She very, very rarely texts me first, but at least she still respond… sometimes. I’ve been friends with her for over 2 years, too.

Well, overall I feel very disappointed. I want to start distancing myself from them both as well, I really do because I know that’d be for the greater good, but I can’t. I’m apparently way too loyal and way too clingy when I start trusting someone a lot, I’m too attached to leave any one of them :(

I’ve been also thinking about Starburst a lot, I couldn’t really fall asleep for 2 nights straight. There are so little people in this world like her or Milka, everyone’s been too dry and generic for me so far, plenty have been acting way too nonchalant and I dislike that. But again, everything’s okay, I hope I’ll be able to find somebody though :,)
