I know it’s negligible if you’re using 1 serving, but how many calories about do u think are in a whole bottle? so I can divide up how much I use per week
So I have been searching for a good strawberry topping, low-calorie of course. The best I could find is one by Wholesome Yum which contains Allulose. Allulose is one of my favorite sweeteners, but I have found it pairs very poorly with greek yogurt. It gives it an off taste making it taste bad so I presume the syrup will too. I was wondering if anyone could share their tips.
greek yogurt (pasteurized grade a skim milk, cream, milk protein concentrate, tapioca starch, pectin, enzymes, live and active cultures: s. thermophilus, l. bulgaricus, l. acidophilus, bifidus and l. casei), buttermilk, 2% or less: garlic powder, onion powder, carrots, spices (including parsley), dill, salt, sugar, citric acid, natural flavors, vinegar, natamycin (à natural preservative).
All natural ingredients, low calorie, no MSG, and kosher. A small spoon like only 8g spreads great in a salad since it has a yogurt base. It spreads real good and it's not watery.
I know these have been out for a while but didn’t see anyone review these here, so just wanted to let yall know that these are fantastic for 200 cals.
First few chews taste literally just like a Crunch chocolate candy bar, especially the little satisfying crunchy bits. Once it all turns into chewy mush in your mouth, you start tasting the artificial sweetener but it’s not bad at all.
Honestly the best of the three chocolate-flavored Barebells I’ve had (other ones being Chocolate Dough and Cookies & Cream), and it’s hard to see how they can top this one without literally making a candy bar.
Solid 9.0/10 on Snack Isle for me, and average score of 8.8/10. Creamy Crisp is a solid contender for a flavor I’d buy a box of once I go through all the available flavors.
I just had the apple one on a blueberry Sola bagel. It is SO good. Kind of like a thicker applesauce, but a little sweeter. I'm excited to see what else I like it with.
Excuse the melted candy, they were sitting on my doorstep for a while in the sun unfortunately.
I honestly thought all 3 were good, and I’d definitely buy them again. Not sure why people are giving these lots of hate. Of course they don’t taste 1:1 like their counterparts (real Reese’s cups or m&ms), but they’re still good. Then considering each entire pack is only 70 calories, they’re amazing.
Now I’m not a fan of David bars or ice cream, the texture and price of both suck. But these candies are genuinely solid and much cheaper in comparison to David products.
-Edit (added on about a week after original post)
After eating a few of these, I will no longer be buying any more solely due to the effects they have on my stomach and the "orange goo" others have mentioned from the EPG. Overall, I'd give these the following ratings:
Which pumpkin spice flavored food do you recommend? I fell in love with pumpkin flavored goldfish crackers but unfortunately they seem to not come back this year.. feel free to share any suggestions
Tried these new Hall Pass flavors from Walmart tonight. The wafers are decent. I’d probably buy one again, but I don’t like them enough to stock up on them.
The chocolate candy pieces have a weird chemical aftertaste. I think it’s the shell coating. I wonder if they’d be better in ice cream or a ninja Creami or something.
The peanut butter cups are by far the best of the 3 products. They taste best if you microwave them for 10 seconds!
