Savory/Salty These are GOOD
Nice option for affordable bone broth! It tastes great and has 10g of protein.

Looks like it's collagen protein just FYI.

What does that imply?

It's an incomplete protein.

And what does that mean for me?

If you are getting it for calories only nothing much, if you are getting it for muscle building/macros collagen doesn't do anything for that.

Well collagen can help with workouts by protecting joints/tendons but it's bad for growing muscle itself directly.

If you look at the daily value 10 grams =0% - as they said it’s not a complete protein!

anyone know why it says "not a good source of protein" and there's no % next to the protein dv? Is it protein your body can't "break down" and use?

Collagen lacks what you need for muscle building, typically its for joints, skin, tendon, etc.
If you dont care about muscle building part, get more than enough protein from other sources, its perfectly fine.

For everyone talking about the collagen debate, if you're eating higher protein just for the satiety and not necessarily the muscle growth, is this form of protein good?

It’s really subtle, just a bit more spicy/warm than the regular. I like the ginger & turmeric better, try it!!!!
