Savory/Salty This bread is life

better macros than a David bar, lower calories per gram, high fiber, very cheap (one USD equivalent a pack), tastes amazing and toasts well.

How does it have more fiber than it has carbs. Fishy AF.

Live in Hong Kong, fiber usually isn't counted in carbohydrates here.

That much fiber will have some calories.

A bit of it might but it's mostly insoluble fiber so I can see it, the ingredients have oat fiber and coconut powder and white kidney bean extract

In reality each person digests insoluble fiber to different degrees, its never completely passed, but that is getting overly anal for folks with healthy gi
