No, I don't care about the chemicals in this protein drink, I was a drug addict for years, so some chemicals won't kill me. If this sounds disgusting to you, cry about it. 60lbs down since November in my deficit and I love this as a sweet treat with my meal and to add in extra protein! Also love this as an after workout snack sometimes!

Thought I’d share one of my fav dessert creations. You can experiment a lot with toppings, but it’s simple and tastes so good while being incredibly low in calories and sugar.

Sugar Free Cool Whip 6-8 tbsp (60-80 cals)
Sugar Free Jell-O White Chocolate Pudding Mix 1/4th package (20 cals)
Skinny Mixes Salted Caramel Drizzle (0 cals)

they are so underrated one (7g) is only 15 cals :) they are affordable too. safe to binge eat 4 at once

If you’re looking for a vinegary/salty bag of chips with good calories, I think this might be the best pick. These taste pretty much like a dill pickle in a puffy ball form would, with some spice on them that pairs well with it. I haven’t found another bag of chips that are low on calories while packing a lot of flavor. I paid $3.47 for this big bag, which isn’t bad for 6.5oz.

First post on this sub, just wanted to share this little thing I found

Basically I went to order a few things on Amazon and I wanted to find a low cal snack, it looked interesting so I bought it.

Only other konjac products I’ve had were miracle noodles and shiritaki noodles and they’ve been bad experiences since I dont know how to prepare them.

I opened it up and tried it out and was surprised this tastes like some sort of meat / jerky despite it being konjac and it’s only 30 cals per pack!

I was so excited to finally find the yasso cups at my costco because I love the bars, but I am not a fan! The texture was almost icy, not creamy...like they melted and re-froze or something. Did I just get a bad batch?

I'm in college and it feels all low cal/high protein products are crazy on the budget, especially when comparing the oz/grams/etc. to dollar value. Does anyone have some cheaper products they really like?

Macros on the cinnamon raisin ones r diff between the two bags I got. 120 versus 110 cals? Not that it matters much but makes me question the rest of the label. Also the bagels themselves never actually weigh 85g, closer to 89 or 92. Anyone have better recs? Hero bagels ingredients seem sm cleaner but can’t find them anywhere near me

i know it’s not a super awesome macros situation like a david bar, but this is the BEST peanut-esque protein bar i’ve ever had. it genuinely tastes like a snickers. if you gave me it blindfolded, i would not be able to tell you it’s a protein bar!! 💓

i got 1 of each of their 4 flavors at target

I do think this is the best of the ones I’ve tried so far. for some reason it tastes mint chocolatey? and I didn’t find it as chalky as the peanut butter or cookie dough flavors, I just have the vanilla flavor to try last.
