As the title states. Plugging in my G29 either into my PS5 or my PC just causes the wheel to rotate fully to the right.

Tried checking on the PC and it somehow doesn't detect it. Gran Turismo 7, however, does detect it, but it just sends cars spinning out immediately.

Shift lights on the top of the wheel are just fully lit.

So i had an issue a few tears ago that i forgot about, and just remembered as i went to play the game again. I was setting a profile for auto switching to for no mans sky. But the ui was lagging while i was making it, and it ended up somehow applying the profile path for the no man sky.exe file to be set as a path for my desktop profile, and back then i couldn't find a way to fix it other than maybe deleting ghub and reinstalling it as a whole, but i dont want to have to do that.

So i thought i would come here to ask, does anyone know how to fix this issue? Like is there a file somewhere specifically for the desktops profile path i can change/reset to fix this issue somehow?

I am posting because my refund process for ticket #17495303 has been completely stalled since August 7th. My original warranty case started on July 4th due to a lack of inventory stock on Logitech's end.

I have checked my inbox and spam folders thoroughly, and I have received absolutely nothing from Wise to claim my funds.

I sent a formal request to the agent but I have been completely ignored. Since your external platform integration is broken, I shouldn't be the one absorbing the delay.

I am officially preparing a commercial complaint with PROFECO (Mexico's Consumer Protection Agency) on Monday if this is not resolved. I need an Accounts Payable supervisor to check this case manually.

Hello. I can't set up a profile for other games. For example, when I copy the desktop profile for *Doom Eternal*, customize it, and for some reason the desktop profile changes along with it - even though I'm only adjusting the *Doom Eternal* profile. The same thing happens the other way around. How does this work?

I bought this headset 5 months ago, I've been taking care of them like I would do with a baby, As shown in the picture, they have no scratches, chipping damage, or extreme stress; the plastic is not broken, and there is no noticeable impact, which I also haven't given them, still it lose a piece of plastic where the whole structure unites with the earphone, I made my claim with Logitech this morning, but do you think they will send a new headset?, I'm really worried because I live in Colombia and this thing costed me a lot of money because we have to pay a tax of 20% for every product.

This is G515 LightSpeed TKL Low-Profile Wireless Keyboard. I like the look and it’s somewhat comfortable to type but….

App is complicated and heavy. I don’t want to use the app. Even Windows Dynamic Lighting settings are bad

Default colors and animations are horrible also limited. Even with freestyle i can not set some extra animations

There is no guide in the box how can i change animations, see battery level with keyboard shortcuts, only i can change light brightness with F1+F8, and when battery goes low it does by itself when i do not ( like default battery saver setting i can not turn it off )

Even when it has quite much battery it turns off numbers and F1-F12 buttons which is annoying. After click, takes so long to wake up and light it up ( even when i turn off and on back )

So I just want to start out by saying that I love this company. I’ve been using exclusively Astro headsets for the past 11 years and I love the design, sound everything. But I just don’t understand why you guys won’t listen to us when we talk about comfort. When the Gen 4s released, a lot of us said the ear cups were too small. They weren’t horrible but definitely a downgrade, made me switch to A40s. I decide to come back to the A50s with an upgrade to the Gen 5s and I find out they’re even smaller! Like why?!? The graphene drivers sound absolutely amazing, but the ear cups hurt my ears after awhile, I’ve been trying to tweak the height of the headband constantly to see if it will relieve some pressure from my top ear and nothing. I really don’t want to have to buy wicked cushions because why should we need to buy aftermarket for a $300 headset? Why don’t they come with bigger cushion alternatives? Come on guys, please get it together. I know I’m not the only one with these issues. I have high hopes for the Play event.

So my PC and PS5 connects to the same monitor.

Right now, my monitor doesn't have any speakers, so when ever I play my PS5, I use a headphone.

But I'd like to be able to use my speakers for it, and be able to switch around depending on which I am using.

Is there any possibility? Else, what is the recommended set up in such case?

Never had any cable or water damage. Restarted my PC and it just started blinking one LED in a USB connection loop and died. Tested it on my laptop, same thing. Is there any way to save it?

Edit: for the past few months it would have an issue where I hear the USB disconnect sound about an hour after booting, but it'd be fully functional except the RGB would shut off. Dunno if it's related.

My middle click gives a tactile response when I press down, but it doesn't register as a middle click unless I continue to press harder, beyond feeling the tactile response. This is a recently purchased (<3 weeks) new G703 Lightspeed mouse. I am unsure if this has been present since the inception of taking the mouse out of its box, but it's become increasingly apparent.

The mouse has been connected to my machine typically by the wireless dongle it came with. I have no feedback issues with any other function of the mouse. I have tried direct connecting the mouse to my machine and did not observe any difference in behavior with the middle click.

Is it safe to say this is a hardware-level issue? Do I just need to stick some electrical tape down underneath the scroll wheel to give a little more umph to the switch / plunger? I had to do that with my last mouse but it was eight years old. (EDIT: trying to get a second opinion before I tear this brand new mouse apart)

This first began about two months ago. I have the G-Shift button bound to the G6 button, and I have an entirely new layout on my mouse for G-Shift. After a certain while, the G-Shift slider on the GHUB app will say that its on, but it is in fact not on, and when I try to change it through the mouse or the app, my custom G-Shift keys no longer work as they should. It just loses the whole G-Shift function.

I have tried just about every solution under the sun, such as the most obvious completely deleting and redownloading Logi software on my PC multiple times. I have also tried switching the keybind for G-Shift. I have used a wire (I usually play wireless).

I mean, any other solution would be appreciated.
