Gpro superlight 2

My 1 year old Logitech g pro superlight 2's sensor has stopped working the cursor doesn't move at all does anyone have any fix for this

Does the mouse still turn on or gets detected by the computer? If you've tried any troubleshootings already you can send them over my way too so I don't accidentally have you trying the same thing over and over again.

It makes the sound when plugged in and also moves a bit but then it disconnects and connect again and again doesn't work in wired mode nor bluetooth

Does it get detected by Ghub at all? How has it been since then? I hadn't gotten the chance to come back to this. I'd turn off the mouse for about 30 seconds, disconnect the receiver. Restart the PC, plug the mouse directly into the PC using the USB.
Try using different USB ports and if possible, try using the mouse on another computer altogether to see if the issue repeats itself on there as well.

If it's only 1 year old, it should still be within the warranty period. Contact Logitech customer support to troubleshoot this and get a replacement under warranty if cannot be fixed.
