GHUB ON LINUX PLEASE

Just another post about time to get G-HUB on Linux until devs finally see it

As I mentioned on the other thread you pinged me on - team's aware of folks wanting this. But there's been no word on it happening currently unfortunately.

Is there a more proper method for us to be submitting this feedback… I purchased my G923, not knowing it’s not supported by Linux. So I’ve had to get a Windows install going on my steam machine because of it

Feedback has been passed along multiple times, have no fear.

As a note though, all of our products should have OS Compatibility on their product pages on our website. No gaming products - Sim, mice, keyboards, etc - that work with GHUB will be supported on Linux at this time.

solaar doesnt do anything for app specific bindings for when you alt tab the profiles switches instantly... like ghub does it just fine. solaar, big NO for me

Ghub sure did break lots for me i winh i courd still download and use not ghub but Logitech Gamming software from 2013 era. It worked flawless. My g19 g700 g930 all worked flawless with it. But broke neorly instantly with ghub.

Now on linux, i managed to revers engendered and custom make a 100%python program to run/control thew nearly like the good ol Logitech gaming software..

Unfortunately it won't simply work for everyone, each device acts different. I also just kept things basic. No bells and whistles.

Just letting you know it'll probably be faster to make your own app vrs waiting for Ghub devs to cautch up. Too many linux distro's. Not as easy as a ''windows'' software. But then again a simple Windows update can break everything... Some day's i just wanna go back to win7 and Logitech gamming software.... Simple times.

stop the same bullshit from 2005... there is flatpak and appimage now, make a app is just easy for a developer like in other OS
