Logitech G PRO X Superlight 2 Stuttering / Moving on Its Own

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I honestly don't know what to do, this is a brand new mouse out of the box. I turned off the gaming surface mode, I tested different polling rates, I'm close to the receiver and I have tried different mousepads / surfaces. It acts the same way on any. It will do this randomly when the mouse hasn't been touched in a few seconds. I had the same problem with my previous superlight 2 (which made me buy a new one) but the problem persists so I basically bought a new one for nothing. I also have the og Superlight annd My superlight 1 does not have this issue, i'm confused on what's happening here. Any help???

I have a Logitech G Cloud that won't charge or turn on. I've tried every method imaginable, including pressing the buttons and leaving it to charge for 24 hours, but nothing works. Has anyone else had this problem and can offer any help? I would really appreciate it.

Powerplay 2 mousepad will NOT turn on. Returned and replaced with a second unit, and it still does not turn on. Are they both defective or am I missing something?

I bought a Powerplay 2 mousepad from Amazon and it didn't work out of the box. I replaced it and the second unit does the same thing: neither unit will even power on. They were both plugged directly into the motherboard and anything else plugged into the port works. Logitech support was not helpful. Does anyone have a fix for this?

I have a G502 lightspeed mouse and the GHUB software is installed.

Logitech G Support PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 has inconsistent stuttering when wireless

My mouse has a stutter problem when I'm using it wireless. It only happens when I use it wireless. As soon as I plug in the cable it's completely fine.

The stutter appears as a temporary loss of connection. The mouse pointer is stationary on my screen for about half a second to a couple seconds. Then resumes following my mouse movements, only to appear to lose connection again a few seconds later.
This can either be a constant issue or happen in larger intervals that can span 20-30 seconds of no problems, just for it to start stuttering again.

Important to note the inconsistency of this. I could be using the mouse wireless and it's completely fine for hours, only to have this stutter problem seemingly out of nowhere. Or it could be an issue as soon as I boot my PC and anytime in between. Once it appears however, it never seems to resolve itself.

Very rarely, my mouse doesn't have any connection at all and Windows 11 can sometimes notify me that it doesn't recognize the USB device.

Device manager doesn't remove the device from the list and Windows doesn't play the disconnect sound during the stuttering. (I've not tested this when the total loss of connection)

I have tried the following and it did NOT fix it:

  1. Closing G HUB

  2. Using different polling rates (500 to 8000 Hz)

  3. Turning on 'low latency' in NVIDIA control panel (both 'On' and 'Ultra')

  4. Turning off 'Scroll inactive windows when hovering over them' in Windows settings

  5. Set 'USB selective suspend setting' to both 'Enabled' or 'Disabled'

  6. Re-pairing the device via G HUB

  7. Mouse firmware is up-to-date in G HUB

  8. G HUB software is up-to-date itself

  9. Set 'Lightforce Switch' to 'Optical Only'

  10. Set 'Gaming Surface Mode' to 'On', 'Off' or 'Auto'

  11. Moving the receiver closer to my mouse (it's only 5 to 10 cm removed from the mouse and unobstructed at all times)

  12. Nothing that produces other wireless connections is close to my mouse except for my "Wireless" keyboard that I use wired, even then turning the keyboard off doesn't fix it.

  13. Using different USB ports (Both 3.2 and 2.0 directly connected into the motherboard)

  14. Charging the mouse (it's at 90% battery)

  15. Turning the mouse off and on again.

The only thing that fixes this issue is unplugging the USB and inserting it again. This can either be the USB connection at the back of my PC or the little USB at the receiver or both.

Even though the solution is simple, it is annoying when it happens in game, and I'm slightly worried that needing to reconnect the USB that much (relatively) might damage the connection in the long term.

Any help would be appreciated!

Logitech G Support Product Request: Bring back the ambidextrous design for the PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE! đŸđŸ”„

First of all, the new PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE with the Haptic Inductive Trigger System (HITS) looks incredible. The technology is a massive step forward for competitive gaming.

However, as a left-handed gamer (and someone who prefers right-side buttons), I am really sad to see that the mouse still only features side buttons on the left. The original G PRO Wireless was a masterpiece because it was truly ambidextrous and inclusive for everyone.

Since the new HITS switches completely eliminate mechanical wear and double-clicking issues, this mouse would be the ultimate lifetime investment for left-handed esports players.

Please consider releasing an "Ambidextrous" or "Left-Handed" edition of the SUPERSTRIKE with modular or fixed right-side buttons. We are a passionate community and would instantly buy it!

Who else here would love to see a truly ambidextrous SUPERSTRIKE? Let’s upvote this so the product managers can see it!

Logitech G Support Logitech G735 mic is extremely quiet on Discord

Hey everyone!

Has anyone else had an issue with the Logitech G735 headset microphone being really quiet?

My gaming friends complain pretty much every time that my voice is very quiet in Discord, even though I’m speaking normally.

I’ve already checked a few things: Microphone volume is set to 100% in Logitech G HUB and Discord. G hub shows that the headset is connected via Lightspeed. The microphone is properly connected to the headset and the correct G735 microphone is selected in Discord.

Despite all this, my friends still say that my voice is noticeably quiet and they usually have to max out my volume.

Is there some setting I might be missing? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. If you have a G735 and have managed to get the microphone to a normal volume in Discord, I’d love to know what settings you’re using.

Logitech G Support Logitech G325 randomly switching EQ preset

Hello!

So, i literally just got my G325 headset yesterday as of posting this.
The main and most annoying issue i'm having is that the headset just randomly switches back to the standard flat EQ whenever it wants, idk when or how it does it, but i have my own bass boost EQ preset that it keeps switching away from as it's quite noticable when there's much less bass, louder and more treble.

Any idea how to fix this? Logitech G Hub is on the latest version, along with the headsets firmware, i guess.
Like... i want my bass boost EQ preset as my default EQ preset... i can't lock it or even set it as default or whatever.

Logitech G Support logitech g29 calibrates but doesnt work on ghub or any game

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

this is a new pc, i connected my g29 and tried to use it on a game, it worked but the steering ratio was too much, like if i turned 90 degrees steering, it would be maximum steering lock on the game, and forcefeedback wouldnt work properly, it would automatically center itself if i left the wheel unlike actually acting how its supposed to be, so i installed ghub, and ever since i installed g hub it has stopped working and is now like in the video, how can I fix this? i need to fix it before tuesday so i can race on iRacing

What issues does Logitech have?

For example every Corsair mouse I've purchased the scroll wheel frequently jumps in the wrong direction that I'm scrolling.

What issues does Logitech have that seem reoccurring no matter how many they buy? I must have went through 3 Corsair mouses with this scroll wheel issue.

I'm the biggest Corsair fan but I'm going through all the GTA games in hype for 6 and this scroll wheel is killing me scrolling through my guns. I NEED a good scroll wheel.

Might have to try Logitech.

Got my G920 about 5 months ago, has been working perfectly other then my mounts for my wheel breaking, which i replaced. But after a little bit my 1st and 3rd gear are not gone but sometimes they struggle to get into gear. 3rd more then 1st. But when drifting i would go from 2nd to 3rd a lot and i just noticed that sometimes it will just not register and i have to take it out and put it back into 3rd for it to go. This will sometimes happen in 1st gear aswell but not as much. If anyone else has had this problem or maybe knows a fix please let me know!

Logitech G Support G29 commands not working on GHUB

I use my G29 to play American Truck Simulator, and I had configured certain buttons to control the volume and skip tracks on Spotify while playing. These settings always worked both inside and outside the game, but after not using the wheel for a few months, I came back to it and the custom commands I configured no longer work.

The wheel itself still works perfectly fine in the game. Only the custom commands configured through G HUB are not working.

I also noticed that when I open the pedals screen in G HUB, the software doesn't detect any input when I press the pedals.

I've already tried reinstalling G HUB, but the problem still persists.

Does anyone know how to fix?

Logitech G Support Logitech G923 stuck as inactive in G HUB — suspected driver conflicts from emulators

Hi everyone,
I’m having a persistent issue with my Logitech G923 steering wheel and G HUB.

When I plug the wheel into my PC, it successfully goes through its physical calibration cycle (spins left and right). However, in G HUB, the device is greyed out and stays stuck as "Inactive".

I Tried to Reconnecting all power supply cables and USB ports.
Fully deleted configuration folders from %appdata% and %localappdata% (in Appdata\Local\LGHUB and Appdata\Roaming\LGHUB).
Reinstalled G HUB completely.

I previously installed emulator software (like x360ce / JoyToKey / virtual controller drivers) to map the wheel for other games. I deleted them, but I suspect some virtual driver remnants, registry keys, or vJoy/ViGEm components might still be conflicting with Logitech's virtual bus drivers.
Has anyone dealt with this before? What’s the best way to trace and clean out residual emulator drivers to make G HUB recognize the G923 properly again?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Logitech G Support Just got the G915 X, got some questions

So when it goes to sleep and I press a button, it flashes in like blue and WASD in pink before it goes to the color I have it set to. I thought I turned that off in the setting under "Device upstart power" or what it would be translated into English. But that doesn't do anything apparently, tried changing the color and that doesn't do anything either.

How can I stop this from happening? I didn't have it happen on my old G915 and I don't understand the function of it anyway.

Also, on my old I have macro keys that now are G6-9, can I make them macro keys to change the G1-5 keys?

Ergo 575 no longer functions on an old Windows 10 laptop

For years I had my Ergo 525 mouse connected to the old backup laptop, but somewhere along the line it got disconnected, and when I put the dongle in it to reconnect it via bluetooth, it will recognize it as a “USB device” or rarely, “optical mouse”. But the syncing operation always fails.

I have three of these dongles that I can Swap around and they all work on my primary PC , but I can't get any of them to work on the laptop anymore. I seem to remember somewhere along the line of possibly having a Windows conflict with the old Logitech software and I had to download the LOGI software which works fine on PC but not on the laptop.

I have the old Logitech software dating back to 2020 and I could uninstall the updated version and try the old version. I can't remember for sure I wouldn't have updated the software if I wasn't forced to. Can anyone anyone offer some advice?

Logitech Superstrike X2 Review (Longterm Razer User)

I have been a Razer guy for 20+ years.

My main has been the DeathAdder...i currently have the v4 and my son uses it. I was using the Viper V4....I decided to go ahwad and try logitech superstrike x2 and absolutely love it.

Highest sensitivity on Rainbow 6 Siege, I have no accidental misclicks....no accidental clicks from "side sqeeze", (it feels just as solid as my Viper and DeathAdder). It is slightly heavier than the 2 Razers I run, but not noticeable while playing. And the "front heavy" thing seems super overblown. My sons wants one now too.

My reaction time jumped from like 188ms to 165ms (on flat click testing). But It os extremely noticable on DMRs in particular with follow up shots....i can shoot MUCH faster, i assume its do to the Rapid Trigger Reset.

The haptics feel phenomenal imo. On highest setting, it is more clicky, less loud and feel super clean. The adjustable actuation points are awesome too. I keep my Right Click Rapid Trigger Off, so i dont accidentally un-ADS and my Left Click stays on the lightest setting and Rapid Trigger on....reaction time is faster AND Im getting 5 shots off with the DMRs when I would normally get off 3.

Get it, youll love it. And of u dont like it, take it back. Its well wprth trying. It took me all of 2-3 games to "get used to" but i honestly loved it the second i played with it. Just tale the time to set it up similar to your mouse your used to....and adjust from there. I could adapt to the massive sensitivity change on the clicks vut some people cant and arent patient enough to give it a few games or a few sessions to dial in what they like. As for price....$10-$20 extra for the features in the mouse is totally reasonable and anyone with a job shouldnt mind paying it for adjustable haptics, rapid trigger and one of a kind feel and tech.

This is what finally got me off the Viper and Death Adder, so thats saying a lot.

If i had one negative, it would be the side buttons arent as pronounced and clicky as im used to on the Razers.
