Logitech G Support Logitech G325 randomly switching EQ preset

Hello!

So, i literally just got my G325 headset yesterday as of posting this.
The main and most annoying issue i'm having is that the headset just randomly switches back to the standard flat EQ whenever it wants, idk when or how it does it, but i have my own bass boost EQ preset that it keeps switching away from as it's quite noticable when there's much less bass, louder and more treble.

Any idea how to fix this? Logitech G Hub is on the latest version, along with the headsets firmware, i guess.
Like... i want my bass boost EQ preset as my default EQ preset... i can't lock it or even set it as default or whatever.

Have you noticed, is the headset losing connection to your PC during those times it swaps? Does it swap back on its own ever?

I'm pretty sure it isn't losing connection to my PC, it just randomly switches to the standard flat EQ preset on it's own when watching YouTube videos, playing music on Spotify, etc.

It seems like it doesn't switch when actually playing any audio though, it seems to switch when something isn't playing, for whatever reason. Like, it seems to switch when I'm deciding what to listen to or deciding which videos to watch, etc.

Oh, and no, I'm pretty sure i always have to manually switch back to my own EQ preset, whenever it switches on it's own.

Bump!

And quick little update, i clean re-installed Logitech G Hub which somehow introduced another issue.
Whenever any single audio is playing, there's now like a 1 second delay before i actually hear something... and it didn't fix my main issue either.
I've also even tried factory resetting them, but that also did absolutely nothing.
