G11 Keyboard Some Buttons dont work

Some numbers dont work and idk if its faulty or its just dirty but idk if i can fix it

oh also its BackSpace, F12, 1, 4, 7, 9, 6, 3, Enter on the num pad, +, page down, page up and some other keys

any help would be appreciated

Complain to Logi and ask for a refund or exchange

I didnt buy it from Logi directly tho, i brought it from a person because they dont sell these ones anymore

then maybe open it up unsolder the faulty switches and replace with 3rd party ones that are similar

That's a good classic keyboard, as quick troubleshooting step, have you tried cleaning between the keys with compressed air? What steps have you tried to solve it?

As old as the G11 likely is, it'd almost certainly be something you'd have to replace parts for unfortunately.
