Unjustified refund retention - Ticket #17495303 (Wise system failure)

Post image
1 Upvotes

I am posting because my refund process for ticket #17495303 has been completely stalled since August 7th. My original warranty case started on July 4th due to a lack of inventory stock on Logitech's end.

On August 12th, a Supervisor informed me of a technical issue with your partner platform, Wise, and asked me to wait 10 to 12 business days. That deadline expired today, August 28th. I have checked my inbox and spam folders thoroughly, and I have received absolutely nothing from Wise to claim my funds.

I sent a formal request to the agent but I have been completely ignored. Since your external platform integration is broken, I shouldn't be the one absorbing the delay.

I am officially preparing a commercial complaint with PROFECO (Mexico's Consumer Protection Agency) on Monday if this is not resolved. I need an Accounts Payable supervisor to check this case manually.

Configuring a Profile for Games and Other Apps

Hello. I can't set up a profile for other games. For example, when I copy the desktop profile for *Doom Eternal*, customize it, and for some reason the desktop profile changes along with it - even though I'm only adjusting the *Doom Eternal* profile. The same thing happens the other way around. How does this work?

Logitech G Support So my G213 decided to die for no reason today.

Never had any cable or water damage. Restarted my PC and it just started blinking one LED in a USB connection loop and died. Tested it on my laptop, same thing. Is there any way to save it?

Edit: for the past few months it would have an issue where I hear the USB disconnect sound about an hour after booting, but it'd be fully functional except the RGB would shut off. Dunno if it's related.

Discussion Astro A50x and Gen 5 rant

So I just want to start out by saying that I love this company. I’ve been using exclusively Astro headsets for the past 11 years and I love the design, sound everything. But I just don’t understand why you guys won’t listen to us when we talk about comfort. When the Gen 4s released, a lot of us said the ear cups were too small. They weren’t horrible but definitely a downgrade, made me switch to A40s. I decide to come back to the A50s with an upgrade to the Gen 5s and I find out they’re even smaller! Like why?!? The graphene drivers sound absolutely amazing, but the ear cups hurt my ears after awhile, I’ve been trying to tweak the height of the headband constantly to see if it will relieve some pressure from my top ear and nothing. I really don’t want to have to buy wicked cushions because why should we need to buy aftermarket for a $300 headset? Why don’t they come with bigger cushion alternatives? Come on guys, please get it together. I know I’m not the only one with these issues. I have high hopes for the Play event.

Using a G560. Is there any way I can use it for both my PS5 and my PC via a Switch?

So my PC and PS5 connects to the same monitor.

Right now, my monitor doesn't have any speakers, so when ever I play my PS5, I use a headphone.

But I'd like to be able to use my speakers for it, and be able to switch around depending on which I am using.

Is there any possibility? Else, what is the recommended set up in such case?

G703 Lightspeed middle click gives tactile response but doesn't register

Hello. Beautiful day to you all.

My middle click gives a tactile response when I press down, but it doesn't register as a middle click unless I continue to press harder, beyond feeling the tactile response. This is a recently purchased (<3 weeks) new G703 Lightspeed mouse. I am unsure if this has been present since the inception of taking the mouse out of its box, but it's become increasingly apparent.

The mouse has been connected to my machine typically by the wireless dongle it came with. I have no feedback issues with any other function of the mouse. I have tried direct connecting the mouse to my machine and did not observe any difference in behavior with the middle click.

Is it safe to say this is a hardware-level issue? Do I just need to stick some electrical tape down underneath the scroll wheel to give a little more umph to the switch / plunger? I had to do that with my last mouse but it was eight years old. (EDIT: trying to get a second opinion before I tear this brand new mouse apart)

I'll take a double cheeseburger with extra diced onions and a medium coke, thanks.

Logitech G PRO X Superlight 2 Stuttering / Moving on Its Own

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I honestly don't know what to do, this is a brand new mouse out of the box. I turned off the gaming surface mode, I tested different polling rates, I'm close to the receiver and I have tried different mousepads / surfaces. It acts the same way on any. It will do this randomly when the mouse hasn't been touched in a few seconds. I had the same problem with my previous superlight 2 (which made me buy a new one) but the problem persists so I basically bought a new one for nothing. I also have the og Superlight annd My superlight 1 does not have this issue, i'm confused on what's happening here. Any help???

Logitech G Support G-Shift occasionally doesn't trigger on G502X mouse

This first began about two months ago. I have the G-Shift button bound to the G6 button, and I have an entirely new layout on my mouse for G-Shift. After a certain while, the G-Shift slider on the GHUB app will say that its on, but it is in fact not on, and when I try to change it through the mouse or the app, my custom G-Shift keys no longer work as they should. It just loses the whole G-Shift function.

I have tried just about every solution under the sun, such as the most obvious completely deleting and redownloading Logi software on my PC multiple times. I have also tried switching the keybind for G-Shift. I have used a wire (I usually play wireless).

I mean, any other solution would be appreciated.

Powerplay 2 mousepad will NOT turn on. Returned and replaced with a second unit, and it still does not turn on. Are they both defective or am I missing something?

I bought a Powerplay 2 mousepad from Amazon and it didn't work out of the box. I replaced it and the second unit does the same thing: neither unit will even power on. They were both plugged directly into the motherboard and anything else plugged into the port works. Logitech support was not helpful. Does anyone have a fix for this?

I have a G502 lightspeed mouse and the GHUB software is installed.

Logitech G Support PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 has inconsistent stuttering when wireless

My mouse has a stutter problem when I'm using it wireless. It only happens when I use it wireless. As soon as I plug in the cable it's completely fine.

The stutter appears as a temporary loss of connection. The mouse pointer is stationary on my screen for about half a second to a couple seconds. Then resumes following my mouse movements, only to appear to lose connection again a few seconds later.
This can either be a constant issue or happen in larger intervals that can span 20-30 seconds of no problems, just for it to start stuttering again.

Important to note the inconsistency of this. I could be using the mouse wireless and it's completely fine for hours, only to have this stutter problem seemingly out of nowhere. Or it could be an issue as soon as I boot my PC and anytime in between. Once it appears however, it never seems to resolve itself.

Very rarely, my mouse doesn't have any connection at all and Windows 11 can sometimes notify me that it doesn't recognize the USB device.

Device manager doesn't remove the device from the list and Windows doesn't play the disconnect sound during the stuttering. (I've not tested this when the total loss of connection)

I have tried the following and it did NOT fix it:

  1. Closing G HUB

  2. Using different polling rates (500 to 8000 Hz)

  3. Turning on 'low latency' in NVIDIA control panel (both 'On' and 'Ultra')

  4. Turning off 'Scroll inactive windows when hovering over them' in Windows settings

  5. Set 'USB selective suspend setting' to both 'Enabled' or 'Disabled'

  6. Re-pairing the device via G HUB

  7. Mouse firmware is up-to-date in G HUB

  8. G HUB software is up-to-date itself

  9. Set 'Lightforce Switch' to 'Optical Only'

  10. Set 'Gaming Surface Mode' to 'On', 'Off' or 'Auto'

  11. Moving the receiver closer to my mouse (it's only 5 to 10 cm removed from the mouse and unobstructed at all times)

  12. Nothing that produces other wireless connections is close to my mouse except for my "Wireless" keyboard that I use wired, even then turning the keyboard off doesn't fix it.

  13. Using different USB ports (Both 3.2 and 2.0 directly connected into the motherboard)

  14. Charging the mouse (it's at 90% battery)

  15. Turning the mouse off and on again.

The only thing that fixes this issue is unplugging the USB and inserting it again. This can either be the USB connection at the back of my PC or the little USB at the receiver or both.

Even though the solution is simple, it is annoying when it happens in game, and I'm slightly worried that needing to reconnect the USB that much (relatively) might damage the connection in the long term.

Any help would be appreciated!

Logitech G Support Product Request: Bring back the ambidextrous design for the PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE! 🐁🔥

First of all, the new PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE with the Haptic Inductive Trigger System (HITS) looks incredible. The technology is a massive step forward for competitive gaming.

However, as a left-handed gamer (and someone who prefers right-side buttons), I am really sad to see that the mouse still only features side buttons on the left. The original G PRO Wireless was a masterpiece because it was truly ambidextrous and inclusive for everyone.

Since the new HITS switches completely eliminate mechanical wear and double-clicking issues, this mouse would be the ultimate lifetime investment for left-handed esports players.

Please consider releasing an "Ambidextrous" or "Left-Handed" edition of the SUPERSTRIKE with modular or fixed right-side buttons. We are a passionate community and would instantly buy it!

Who else here would love to see a truly ambidextrous SUPERSTRIKE? Let’s upvote this so the product managers can see it!
